From Lake Erie, Maumee River flows through Napoleon, an affordable suburb in Ohio with a population around 8,500. Napoleon belongs to a great public school district and lies within Henry County. Residents love the easy access to chain dining, grocery stores, and Henry County Hospital.
The Napoleon Municipal Golf Course always has available memberships and is a great place to meet other residents and become a part of the community. In downtown, you can learn about Napoleon and Henry County’s history at the Henry County Historical Society. The small historical house is across from the Napoleon Public Library.
Parks are a great asset to Napoleon, specifically Oakwood Park. This large, well-kept public park offers a football field with stadium seating, a basketball court, paved walking trails, a fishing pond, a sand volleyball court, and four baseball fields. On the trail, you’ll walk right next to Van Hyning Creek and Oberhaus Creek, streaming from Maumee River.

Property Ratings at PineView Apartments
Not to bad of a place the windows are old and drafty and parking is crowded at times but other than that not terrible
I have lived at Pineview apartments for about 1 week so far. My experience with Aspen management so far has been fairly good. No major issues, although I was hoping to hear from Aspen management sooner than we did regarding our move-in, we were able to reach out and easily take care of the details. The hallways in the building could really use new carpet/flooring and the windows need to be replaced pretty badly. The apartment itself has decent flooring, new carpet, and a fresh coat of paint. I also really liked the move-in gift. It was a nice gesture. So far I would give 3.5 stars.
Because They keep it up and They are always keeping The Hallways Clean
The apartments are pretty good, maintenance can take a while to respond to requests if they aren’t urgent. Not terrible but you will be waiting a while.
Since new management took over, things seem to be going well with the Pineview apartments. The Maintenance (Scott) is friendly and very helpful, and he has taken care of every issue in a punctual manner!
very easy to get ahold of. would like better parking , but overall good experience. i’ve been here 2 years now
Love it! They responded quickly when I was in a time of needing a place. Great management awesome place.
Love it here since the new management took over. They really came in and cleaned up the place. I feel safe now that they are selective on the residents who live here.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The apartments are nasty, things never get fixed right, bugs, manager of the building is lazy and can't return a phone call. They will try anything to evict you and rarely file the money you pay for rent. Aspen Management owns the property and they are rude, careless and frankly liars. I would think twice before renting from them.
