Property Ratings at Harbor Station Townhomes
Our family has lived here for almost a year, and we are in love with this place! The apartment has the perfect layout to maximize the usefulness of the space. The location is absolutely perfect. We are literally within ten minutes of everything we want, need, love AND we’re only 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches. We were originally a little concerned that the noise levels would be high because of the property’s close proximity to the college, but it is actually the quietest apartment complex we’ve ever lived in. We had one issue upon moving in and they had it fixed the NEXT day. I’m also happy to report that bug spraying of the apartments is REQUIRED so there are no bugs crossing over from untidy neighbors, which has happened to us in past apartments. So, there are no bugs here. Finally, the pool and play areas are perfect. Our son loves the playground, the common area is outfitted with actual outdoor equipment that stays nice and is fun to use. Plus, the pool was never overly crowded and they keep it super clean. The management team here is nice and always quick to respond to anything we’ve needed. Basically, we give this place a 12 out of 10 and are so glad we decided to move here.
I wish I could say the title was me being dramatic but it is not. I can't express in words how awful of an experience we had renting here. There were more problems than solutions, and the "solutions'' were below acceptable if they offered any at all. The office staff were incredibly unhelpful, rude and condescending. Do not be misled by the pictures, the homes are in horrible condition and have several issues. We had a hole in our ceiling for months from their repair work they had to do on leaks and just stopped halfway through, mold from the water leaks they knew about, the water turned off all the time, shattered glass on our patio from their work they never cleaned up- I could go on and on. The "repairs'' can also hardly be classified as repairs as well. I know they are people, too and everyone is doing their best at the end of the day with their own personal struggles in life, but truly, the employees there couldn't care less about you and your quality of living. Do not rent here.

They just care! This property has the staff that care for you. That’s the best I can ask for!
I am so tired of smelling cigarette smoke from my neighbors apartment. I don't smoke, why should I be subjected to smelling this crap? If you don't mind it, then by all means! But I can not leave anything in my downstairs area because it will stink like cigarettes! And really, management can't do anything about it, unfortunately. I also have those big roaches in the unit almost daily, and sometimes at least 5 a day. I am a very clean person too. Huge gnat problem also, I am assuming because theres a couple of water leak issues in the unit. I also have an exterminator come. The water gets turned off at least twice a month. Most neighbors are nice. Management is nice and I personally think tries to make residents happy. Maintenance staff is very nice and friendly but if you have a leak issue, it well not get fixed properly, I'm just being honest.
Horrible time living in these apartments. Poor management and not great conditions. When you first move in you see how pretty and renovated it is but after a while you notice how nothing was really fixed. They just "painted over" it to make it look pretty. They also have to shut the water off every other day. I cannot repeat enough DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This apartment complex only cares about your money ! Ladies in the leasing office are even worse they don’t try to help resolve issues & have nasty attitudes. I have had problems with my apartment since I moved out here. Their was a leak in my toilet when I did rag moved here that ran through my ceiling downstairs damaging my furniture. My bathTub stopped working for 2 weeks. My water shuts off out the blue & My water heater was leaking TWICE & my carpet hadn’t been not changed once. What about mold ? They are so quick to send you rent demand letters and can’t get back to you about problems with your apartments. Please save yourself the headache and don’t move here. Definitely not worth it. They are renovating these apartments with the same OLD issues!
Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. The management staff was horrible, never answered the phones, and were extremely rude. My air conditioner went out and mold began to grow in several places in the apartment. It took weeks to fix and even when the maintenance staff “fixed” the problem, it wasn’t ever truly fixed. There were cockroaches in the apartment almost every single day. Parking is scarce and the laundry facility is disgusting. Avoid living here at all costs.

Been living here a while and alot has changed recently first for the worst but got alot better recently. Writing in hopes that you'll get the parking lot fixed by our place, but I'm happy overall.
