The community of Clemens & Munsinger Gardens covers a large geographical area, forming a rough triangle between the east bank of the Mississippi River, Route 195, and Highway 169. Property Ratings at Pinewood Estates
The Pines apartments are pretty average. Overall, they present a nice landscape and the building is fairly new. Like any apartments there are maintenance issues such as the breakdown of the laundry facility equipment on a regular basis. They do have a club house but it is too small to hold any thing more then a 5 person event.
the mgmt here is really rude but other then that it is a nice place
