Horrible
Roach infested , neighbors threatened us if we called the cops for them stealing stuff from us that they would hurt my family management wasn’t too helpful and was very rude I felt like that place was very racist

Nice place to live
The complex is nice and they keep it up. Gardners come every week, maintenance does their jobs, and the office workers are nice and helpful. My building is newly remodeled so it is pretty nice. I would recommend living here.

Manger is really nice been living here since like 2017 very quite apartment maintenance keeps up with apartment and near a lot of stores which is good

Management and Maintenance are friendly and quick to fix repairs needed. Neighbors are easy to get along with.

I have lived here since 09/06/13 and I myself has had no problems. Pinewood place is a quiet, safe, clean, gated community and I would gladly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe quiet place to live, it even come with a mini playground for the kiddos. I have never stayed more than 5yrs at any complex. Thank you to the managers, maintenance and the grounds keepers and security for keeping our safe place safe!!!

Happy with my overall experience.
Its a Nice community. Landscapers come weekly to keep it looking nice. Comfy apartment and spacious and nice patio. Friendly and helpful manager. I'm happy with my experience living here and I would recommend to others.

Prospect
I've been looking for an apartment for a few months and came across Pinewood. The property is well kept and the manger was very helpful and informative. I'm am excited to become a resident of this beautiful community.

lived here for 4 years now, it get better and better. Staff is super great and professional. We know our neighbors and it's a lovely community we look out for each other!

Its convenient, next to 180fwy, good neighbors, great staff, area is always clean and maintained.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!
Do not move here unless you absolutely can not get approved for somewhere else, and even if you can't get approved for somewhere else, a Motel would be a much nicer place to live. Any good reviews you see are submitted through the agency. They have roaches, and the area is in the worst part of Fresno. As long as I am residing here I will make this known to every individual that is looking for an apartment and comes across the Pinewood Place apartments advertisement. In fact, I recommend that you don't rent from this agency at all. They will feed you false information. The pictures are not accurate and their amenities are not "state of the art," this agency is full of lies. CONSUMER BEWARE ALERT!!!!!
