Property Ratings at Pinnacle Apartments
The apartments are great; however, the management does not know how to manage things and is inconsiderate of their tenants. This also applies to their answering services, but not their maintenance employees.
I love the fact that maintenance really cares and connects with the community to ensure things are fixed right away. The grounds guy is very persistent in keeping the grounds looking amazing.
Pinnacle is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The maintenance and staff are always on top of their game and the amenities make it even better! 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend.
I love our apartments except for the space in the living room.
