It's a nice place to live. Everything is within walking reach. It is a great and safe community!
I love the community. Just wish some residents respect that they have upstairs or downstairs neighbors and not allow their children to jump or stump on floor.
I’ve lived at Pinnacle for nearly 6 years now and it’s been a wonderful experience. High ceilings, in unit laundry, access to transit, nature, shops, directly next to the library and urban park—it’s fantastic. Management & maintenance are great. Painless experience having my partner move in with me with their cat. most reasonable rent in MoCo at time of writing, I’m pretty sure. 5??
So far experience with leasing office staff has been good, they seem personable and helpful. Maintenance has yet to respond to requests shared during move in 1-2 weeks ago however and leasing office hasn't followed up to confirm things have been completed. Location is great! Very walkable. Did have a roach in my bathroom the day after I moved in, hopefully that won't be an ongoing issue.
The community is centrally located. There are great locations within walking distance, close public transportation, loads of restaurants. Overall a great place although sometimes there are transient people passing through who are noisy, belligerent, spouting loud expletives. The leasing office is fairly responsive although sometimes things aren’t cared for as quickly as I would like.
The staff out here is amazing. People are friendly and mind their own. The grounds are kept clean, and this is a great place to live. I've been here about 4 months so far and absolutely love it. The location is absolutely perfect. So many restaurants, grocery stores,libraries, all with in walking distance. The apartments are clean and updated, you can't ask for too much more.
I love the community and comfort of this apartment! Everyone is very kind here and helpful! There are so many restaurants near by! I love the pool as well not too crowded!

Moved in recently and was pleased with how attentive the workers here are. They are super kind and helpful and the overall move in process was pretty quick!
Beautiful living space, love the closet space. Very convenient location, near all the eatery and necessary shopping needs, all a walking distance. Clean and neat. Wonderful staff and quick response.
Everything is good except the maintenance is very poor
only thing i'm unhappy with is the inaccessibility. all stairs, no elevators, no easy access for those in wheelchairs, etc. amazon hub locker is also not ideal for those who are disabled
I have been at Pinnacle for four years and it has had its ups and downs. I feel like we are on and up swing. The management is working hard to clean up the property and remove anything undesirable. We still have a ways to go but I can see we will get there.
It is a nice place to live with all the commodities in walking access.

If you want ok looking on the outside but overpriced for the inside, with maintenance left undone or coming without notice, this is the place for you. If not, keep looking. It's not safe to walk at night with limited lighting, and not desirable to walk during the day either since people don't pick up after their pets and it seems that random people hanging in the breezeways and staircases is acceptable. Oh and don't forget you can't open your windows, because they took a MoCo ordinance to the extreme. Everyone, even with our children present, have had their windows screwed shut only allowing 2" of opening. Good luck in a fire with one side to exit from. I reiterate what I said in the beginning, keep looking and save time and money by not renting here.

The apartment complex is very close to the Germantown fire station therefore in the winter the roads are cleared of snow very quickly. Close to shopping, movie theater, library, Black Rock art center, pharmacy, hospital, medical offices, schools and parks. Most everything a person or family could desire.

This is a beautiful apartment community to live. The USP of this place is that it is so close to so many restaurants, Department stores and so many other amenities.

this rating is about the responsiveness of the staff. I called, messaged multiple times multiple days requesting for a virtual tour of the available apartments, they wont return the call/message. Once i got luck to talk to a staff and he took my details for the virtual tour but never got a response after that. Good luck trying to get apartments here!!!
