I’m old enough to remember when some sort of family emergency would be enough to be let out of your lease. I used the apartment as an alternative to a hotel for work purposes. I live in a different area.. recently my house burned down and I’ve lost almost everything. I asked for leniency and zero f’s were given. I did sign a lease, yes. But this kind of coldness from apartments has become all too common. 2 months notice and 2 months additional rent to break the lease, that’s 8 grand. I cannot recommend you steer clear of this place enough

I have called the apartment complex four plus times to complain of kids from the Brighton high-school loitering, littering, and smoking right outside of where I live. Last night someone broke into our car and I can pretty much guarantee it was one of theses kids based on what was/wasn't stolen. THE APARTMENT COMPLEX DOES NOTHING TO ENFORCE SECURITY. These kids have also graffitied profanity all over the benches here before. They hang out outside of my building (near the stairs) and these are not the good kids from the high-school, they are the degenerates who think its cool to skip class and smoke weed at the nearby apartment complex. The police said they have requested camera footage before from the apartment complex and said they basically dont even try to do that anymore because the apartment complex has such a slow and out-dated system. I have talked to other residents who have had the same issue. Even more sad is that the leasing officer warned us that this was a problem when we moved in nearly two years ago. YOU THINK THEY WOULD DO SOMETHING TO STOP THE CRIME. Who ever manages this place is clearly not investing and is not interested in the quality of living for the residents here. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I lived in this complex for 3 years and am only leaving because work will be taking me out of the state. The maintenance staff is great. I've never had any problems in 3 years, the neighbors have always been courteous, and the office staff has never given cause for complaint. The complex amenities (gym, pool, hot tub, etc.) are well maintained and very easy to enjoy. We never had any problems with noisy neighbors, the apartment seemed pretty well insulated, and only hope we didn't cause any noise complaints in our stay here.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Apartments are spacious with lots of closet space; and if any maintenance is needed, even light bulbs, they respond fast and get it done. Also, the resident's website is great to schedule maintenance or pay your rent.

Community is wonderful. Everyone I meet is happy and loves the apartments, they feel so homey. I love the grounds and having a covered garage. Although I'm on the first floor, the view is great and the patio is often in use. I also use the workout facilities often and they are always clean and well cared for.

This apartment is the nicest apartment I have ever personally been in. It has amazing views in a tranquil mountain setting. The management staff is very courteous and responsive. The pool areas are very nice with a full sized pool and the hot tub is hot with strong jets. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. The gym has good equipment. Living here is worth the money.

Staff is great. Always willing to help the way they can. Had a great time living there and wish I could enjoy more of what the complex has to offer. I have lived at Pinnacle Highland for almost eight months. I have no complaints! In fact, I only have good things to say about the complex! Office staff are helpful and attentive. We moved in May of last year and absolutely love living in this community. The grounds are always kept clean and the community is very quiet. We have a 2 bed/2 bath and our space is quite roomy. The apartment maintenance staff is awesome and very helpful when issues come up. Our AC went out one evening and one of the maintenance guys came out around 10pm after hours to help fix our AC. I was very surprised and VERY grateful! The ladies in the office are WONDERFUL and are always there to answer any questions in a very timely manner. They are great to follow up with you also on any issues. We LOVE Pinnacle Highland and are glad to call it home.

We have lived at Pinnacle Highland for almost 2 years now. We have a larger 2 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor. We absolutely love it here and recently extended our lease. We find the management to be responsive when we have had maintenance issues and have fixed anything that needed repairs straight away. They are also continually making improvements and adding new features. Our unit is very quiet and sometimes we forget that we even have neighbors. The parking can be a squeeze if you get home later at night - hopefully this will be addressed soon. Love the gyms, pools, and hot tubs!

We moved into this apartment about a month ago and so far it had been really great! Everyone is really friendly, and maintenance does a great job very fast whenever something comes up! The apartment complex itself is very beautiful and nice to walk around in.

Living at Pinnacle Highland is almost like living in your own home. My husband and I moved here from Idaho almost 3 years ago. We have really enjoyed living here. Feel safe, maintenance staff is quick and professional. Management is fantastic and very approachable. The pools and gym are a plus. There only 2 complaints, the noise from construction across the street (Road work on Highland Drive) and even though management do all they can to keep the grounds clean, some dog owners are terrible and don't clean up after their dogs. (There designated areas for dogs, bags are provided to clean up after your dog and garbage cans are close too).

Absolutely beautiful place to live! I lived here one week short of four years and just retired and moved to Arizona. The management and maintenance staff is exceptionally responsive and usually make repairs on the same day. When walking into the office, not only do they know your name, but your apartment as well. Even when calling they know your voice. Strongly recommend residing here.

It's a great home like feeling here. The staff is great and the grounds are well groomed. Lots of younger groups in the area with all the new developments near by. I have family and friends in the complex and it is a great area to have get togethers.

Great complex. Friendly, helpful staff. Always quick to respond to any needs. The pool is awesome. Only complaint is that I can hear my upstairs neighbors from time to time. Other than that, Love this place and would recommend it to my friends.

I have just recently moved to these apartments and so far so good. It is quiet and beautifully maintained. My apartment is more like a home and I love all the windows! There is a garage (detached) and I have a fireplace. I could not ask for a better apartment.

I have been here for almost 2 month and I love it so far! I have only had to call for maintenance a few times and each time they have been prompt and polite. I really like the office staff too! They have been very helpful and have always been nice and caring since I moved in! I love it here so far!

My wife and I have loved every minute of living at Pinnacle Highland! The office team is prompt, efficient and friendly. The maintenance people know what they are doing, they are fast, they do it right the 1st time, they are friendly and clean up after themselves. We love how quiet our apartment is and how rare it is to hear anything our neighbors do (almost never!). We did a lot of research before picking Pinnacle Highland and every aspect has exceeded our expectations since we moved in over a year ago. We also love all the amenities we get with the apartment and the view is fantastic. If you want a quiet, safe, clean and wonderful place to live, choose Pinnacle! If my friends or family members were looking to rent an apartment, I would tell them to move here too.

So close to everything I need-I'm glad I live so close to the mountains so I can hopefully go snowboarding more often! I like how they keep the apartments and property nice and clean. Apartments are big and have enough space for all my stuff.

We have only just recently moved here. We love it. The office staff is very helpful. Maintenance response is very timely. We have the most incredible view from our unit. We have been told it is one of the best in the complex.

To me the view is everything! I knew that when I started looking for a home I needed a view. Normally, these kind of views come with a high premium. At least that was what I thought until I found Pinnacle Highland! Every apartment I went and saw on my tour was amazing and had spectacular views! I ended up choosing a unit in what they call “phase 2” which are the apartments that overlook the valley and mountains up on Bengal Blvd. I am in love with the view! I work from home so waking up every morning and being able to sit at my computer while enjoying the view is everything I had imagined and more! I can’t believe I got this killer apartment for quite a bit cheaper than other places that didn’t have nearly as much to offer. I am extremely pleased with my decision so far!! If you have any doubts, just drive up to the Bengal Blvd side of the property and check out the views! You won’t be sorry!!!

From the time I walked onto the property I felt warm and invited. The residents are nice and always waiving and look happy! I have loved the landscaping and the size of my place. This was after transitioning from a home and I love it!! I would recommend anytime!!

I have been in these apartments for only a few hours but I am in love! My unit is very upgraded and has super nice hard wood floors. I am on the ground level which I actually enjoy because it is not a basement unit. My move-in experience was very smooth and quick. I am super excited to see how the next year goes! I am pretty sure I will be staying for at least a few years!

I feel that these apartment as equivalent to a 4 star hotel, which is very nice. Having a garage is a convenient, being attached to the apartment. Area is quiet and view is great. Staff are great to work with and quick to fix problems.

Since moving here at the end of June 2016. I really am proud to say "I love my apartment". It's been quiet and clean and peaceful. The grounds are kept real nice and the maintenance guys always help when needed. The staff are friendly and always ready to help with any answers whenever needed. I don't hear my neighbors or any loud parties etc. It's been a great experience for me and I am excited to renew my lease next year!

My boyfriend and I have just renewed our lease with Pinnacle Highland, for a third year of living in what we very fondly refer to as our home. The management has always gone out of their way to make sure we as tenants, have been well taken care of. Any time we have had any sort of item around the house that needs maintenances attention, they have been right on top of it, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. All staff has never been anything but wonderful to us. We have never had any issues with neighbors, or other tenants living in the complex. We often take advantage of the gym and pool amenities, and have met multiple wonderful tenants there. Amenities are well maintained, clean, and a joy to have at our use. I have recommended Pinnacle Highland to many people, and will continue to do so. We have had REALLY bad issues with past apartment complexes (specifically management), and it’s a beautiful change of pace to have had the team at Pinnacle Highland remind us of what a good team looks like. Wonderful staff wonderful community= a place you can call home.

I just renewed my lease for another year at Pinnacle Highland. I have loved it since I have been here. I am super close to all of my wants/needs. When I first decided to move into an apartment I was nervous but Pinnacle has been a fantastic experience thus far. I love how nice the office staff is, and my neighbors are polite as well. I don't think I am going anywhere anytime soon!

I am not a renter here yet, but I will most likely be renting here soon! I went in and toured a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very nice and had beautiful hard wood floors. I still have a little searching to do but I think I will be coming back. The staff was also very friendly!

Pinnacle Highland is a beautiful Community. I would recommend to all of my friends. When I first toured the apartment, I would walk around to get a feel of the different views. I asked all the neighbors who were outside about their opinions of Pinnacle Highland. Not ONE neighbor had a bad thing to say. They were right. Leasing office rocks! They do everything to help you! Maintenance is super quick and courteous!

Pinnacle Highland has been amazing! This will be my third year here! They really know what they are doing and jump roadblocks just to help their residents. The maintenance crew is fast and lovely! My heater was not working and within 5 minutes a tech was out here. I really appreciate the staffs hard work. The apartment is beautiful. I have a wonderful mountain view & spectacular upgrades. I plan to stay here for many years.
