Crestview sits on the Florida Panhandle at the junction of three major highways, earning the nickname of the “Hub City” of Northwest Florida. Crestview is known for its convenience to multiple military installations, including Eglin Air Force Base, Duke Field Air Force Reserves Base, Hurlburt Field Air Force Base, and the U.S. Army Seventh Special Forces Group.
Crestview’s close proximity to military installations has been the catalyst for recent growth, making Crestview one of Florida’s fastest growing cities. Despite rapid growth, Crestview has managed to maintain a small-town feel. Crestview’s historic downtown hosts an array of community events such as the Triple B: Blackwater, Bluegrass, and BBQ Cook-off, Old Spanish Trail Car Show, and the Fall Festival. The surrounding area’s natural amenities are ideal for outdoor recreation, with Blackwater River State Forest to the north, Emerald Coast beaches to the south, the Yellow River to the west, and the Shoal River to the east.

Property Ratings at Pinnacle Pointe Apartments
Leasing office does not provide any information, sounds like anytime I asked a question it was a big deal. Asked for a one bedroom apartment and all of a sudden I am getting quotes and denied for a two bedroom.
theses reviews are all old. Beware! new managment “Company” has bought them and taking away all the good things , people are moving out ! /:
If you ever have a complaint about a loud neighbor, the security guards don’t listen to the messages on the weekend so you’re better off calling the cops. You can complain to the management all you want but nothing will ever get done. Invest in ear plugs or better yet! Don’t move here!! Staff rotated out monthly because of management. Despite having a dog park, they are no longer accepting dogs. Walls are paper thin, so if you move in here, be prepared to hear everything that your neighbors do, from urinating to domestic disputes, you’ll get to hear it all from the comfort of your own house.
Once again the Leasing Manager and the Property Staff have treated us to a wonderful meal. Everyone on the staff is so helpful, efficient and so kind! Best staff I have ever worked with. Thanks Again!
The best in crestview fl. Crime free and you will like it if you come and try it out.
Have been to office to complain about a dog above us making noise. Sounds like at times like a bowling ball going across the celling of our apartment. Went to office staff and manager and all they did was call them. The dog still making noise and the people up stairs are not doing nothing .I am logging when this dog starts this noise and it is getting where the noise is happening most of the day and most of the evening before we go to bed. I guess our next step is the Crestview Police to call and have them make a visit to the people upstairs. They are not concerned about upstairs or in the office seems to not care either. The new manager said to me yesterday 1/9/2015, you mean the walls are that thin. Offered me if I wanted to move to another unit and I said no, if I'm going to move it will be out of here to a house. News for you all thinking about renting here the floors between the units are so thin you can here them walking across the floor .If you are quite enough you can hear someone talking next door or sometimes upstairs
We ill be here a year in September 2014. The office staff are very helpful. I think the apartments are a little high for the square footage. The maintenance department is ok and do take care of your problems. The pool and the rest of the amenities are out standing and well take care of. The office women e very nice and will take on problems. The only real big problem that we had was the after hours call in's, they never show up. We had some noise but no one showed up after making the call. Over all it is a nice place to live for apartments
It is quiet. The personal are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept up well and the pool is beautiful. Any problems are taken care of almost Immediately. It is a pleasure to live here.
If you like a maintenance free life this is the place for you. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. The apartments feel like a cozy home. If you need storage or a garage they have it. If you need to clean your car they have a place for you to do that also. The staff is very helpful and full of information. The gym is awesome and open 24/7. They even have events and gatherings for the residents. A pool that is very inviting, and garden to sit in and enjoy. The clubhouse is open to relax in or use the business center. We absolutely love living here. I know you would too.
We love living here. We have been here for about 2 years now. We feel like we are around family. Everyone from the office to the maintenance,to the residents are very inviting, friendly, and helpful. We love the community gatherings and events they have here. Very family oriented, Pet friendly of all types and sizes. A great pool area to relax by. There's a butterfly garden to sit and enjoy while listening to the fountain. WiFi capable. The clubhouse is always a great place to stop by and chat, watch TV or just relax while enjoying fresh popcorn. I feel completely safe as my husband sometimes works the night shift. You will never find a place like this. Come by and check it out for your self.
love the apartments. they are very quiet and secluded. great place for families. very very pet friendly!
The staff here is the best. Ive never experienced such an animal loving rental place. There are pet stations everywhere and free run areas that the dogs just love. I am so glad we found this place.
Thanks to Apartments.com, I stumbled across Pinnacle Pointe. I moved in less than a month ago and I'm still being suprised with how much the community has to offer for me. My 1BR apartment is LARGE and has a tub/shower that has arm rests. In my opinion, the kitchen is one of best features. It is ENORMOUS and has so many drawers and cabinets that I look forward to learning how to cookk haha! The staff made my move here very smooth, even letting me sign my lease over the computer and helping me turn my water on ahead of time. I am eager to explore Crestview and so happy to have found my new home.
