Located 15 miles from downtown, the neighborhood of Dent lies on Cincinnati's west side. Dent shares the rolling, wooded hills and farming heritage of other neighborhoods in Green Township, and many families have called the neighborhood home for generations.
With easy access to nearby highways as well as proximity to excellent parks and schools, Dent attracts families and commuters alike. Although the neighborhood itself includes few restaurants and stores, adjacent communities of Bridgetown and Monfort Heights provide plenty of additional options for entertainment and dining.

Property Ratings at Pinnacle Pointe
This place was nice at one time. Really has gone down hill. Cars stolen from parking lot, converters stolen off multiple cars and the property management does nothing to stop this. Gym destroyed, playground destroyed, pool is closed often and for no reason. Don’t plan to use the club house they take reservations way in advance and give priority to their friends. Pool Is almost too full to ever enjoy on the weekend because tenants bring hordes of people with them. If anything breaks it is never replaced or fixed properly. There are many elderly that live here that complain constantly and are not welcoming to new people in the community. The lots are a mess during snow as are the sidewalks. Can barely walk to your vehicle because of ice and snow between cars. There is no assigned parking but some people are given priority to park near the sidewalk. If you can choose any where else to live I would.
My husband & I lived in these apartments for nearly 5 years. Initially I loved them but the longer we lived here I've realized the property does not care about their renters at all. The rent is very over-priced. Our rent increased yearly with no new updates or improved amenities. The appliances are outdated & they are carpeted with very cheap carpet that stains from just water spills (don't worry you'll pay full price for these when you move out if they decide they need replaced). Over the years we have had to make a few maintenance requests. Instead of fixing the actual problems they simply cover up the issue so it is never fully resolved. The outside of our building was falling apart in the back but this isnt seen from the parking lot or other buildings so they do not care. The work out room used to have a lot of equipment but currently only had 1 treadmill & 2 ellipticals (1 is duct taped) and a weight machine. The pool is nice but usually too crowded to enjoy. Utilities are also high due to drafty windows & poor insulation. If you plan to live here short-term it is in a nice area & usually quiet but I wouldn't recommend it for the long-term.
I lost my home and desperately needed to keep my child in Oak Hills School District, having little option I chose Pinnacle Pointe. A bit pricey, however, the maintenance staff has been exceedingly helpful, respectful, and accommodating of my work as a night shift nurse. It may take a bit of convincing to have a large appliance replaced vs fixed, but that seems to me an attempt to keep costs down. The property managers have been empathetic and helpful, never rude. The grounds are immaculate, and I am probably the worst neighbor in the complex! If I were to complain about anything it's the noise from the landscapers all day, but I work nights, lol. I don't know who some others are dealing with but I have been treated very well. (Would be nice to get a discount for not using the pool, exercise facility, or clubhouse... it's there if I get up the energy). Please ignore the complainers, you can't please everyone, all of the time!
My fiance and I have been at these apartments for nearly 5 years and they had to give us a new fridge due to some problems we were having and they downgraded us. We can even sit a two litter upright in it anymore and I had to beg for a replacement. If this is how they treat their renters, I would just look elsewhere and save your money. As nice of a community as this is, you are not valued.
Expensive rent and high bills do to the poor insulation. I had a leak from the AC and maintenance man put a fan up and didn't even come back to shampoo the carpet, the carpet had spots where it was coming up and I let management know and they still did nothing about it. We lived on the 3rd floor and they knew I had small children but got constant complaints about noise, so I wouldn't recommend living here with smaller children especially on 2nd or 3rd floor. They were quick to send me notices about noise but ignored my multiple emails and calls about a tenant smoking pot in the property and being up at 3-am slamming doors and listening to music loud. This place is very over priced. The kitchen appliances are older. The pool is nice. The fitness room is outdated. The trash was ridiculous. Always over flowing on Sunday night and into Monday mornings. I don't recommend this place at all not worth the price.
It states there is no breed restrictions in the pet policy, BUT they have stuff hidden in the lease. People have mean small and big dogs, but as soon as they see a pit bull it's a breach of contract. No matter how nice. They should really do anger tests on these dogs. Also cars get broken into, and STOLEN and they do nothing about it. Beautiful apartments, but they will gripe at you for everything. Not worth the price they ask. Utilities aren't even included. Be ready to pay almost $1,300 a month for bills with a 2 bed 2 bath.
My apartment is more like a condo. It is extremely spacious, two bedrooms with two baths, large living room area and nice dining room area. The kitchen is a Galley kitchen but also plenty of room and I have my own laundry area. I have never felt like I was living in an apartment, but more like a home. It is modern and very quiet and pet friendly as it is home for my cat as well. The complex has a pool, clubhouse and exercise room that are extremely well kept. It has allowed me to feel like I had a home but without all the expenses of having a home.
This is a very quiet and friendly community. The units are well maintained and a good size. This community is in a great location right off the highway, but we can't see it or hear it. Close to shopping. Great school district.
My daughter and I have visted Pinnacle apartments, to view if this would be a place for us to move to. The staff showing us the property was very sweet, cheerful and professional. The staff that assitted me with questions and the application prcess were wondereful, efficient. I am in hopes that my daughter and I will soon be a part of the Pinnacle community.
Nice, but be prepared to pay extremely high electric costs as high as $170.00 a month for a top floor 2 bedroom apt. Due to poor construction and lack of insulation.
