I’ve only lived here a couple of months and I love the complex! I’ve only had to put in one work order and the assistant manager Ruth had it taken care of within an hour. She even called me after to make sure everything was taken care of properly! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in the Dallas area!

Upon moving in with the help of the team in the office, they have been nothing but kind and courtesies. I am aware that I am living in Oakcliff and not Highland Park. Great rates and good area right off 30, 2 minutes from Wal-Mart. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I was absolutely amazed with how friendly and eager to assist the management is here. They made everything so easy and stress free for the move in. They worked with me and made sure all my needs were taken care of and I felt like a true member of this wonderful community the second I walked into the leasing office. This was the first place of many I viewed that actually made me feel truly welcome and I couldn't be happier with my move in. I want to give a special thank you to everyone in the leasing office who helped get me ready for move in. I am happier than ever here

I went in on yesterday looking for a 1/1 apartment, i was greeted as soon as i stepped through the door by Heather and was so friendly, she helped me get prices and information for the one bedroom. This office was really nice and the apartment that i saw was very pretty. I am doing my application this weekend for sure!

Ask to view community wall posts when you are at the leasing office. Residents express theft concerns every week and the property does nothing. Crime happens often here. Security needs to be hired. ASK TO SEE COMMUNITY WALL. More than 6 residents have been victims in the span of 2 months. The "gate" is never closed stays open 24/7. Parking is awful as well.

Worst complex and management company I have ever dealt with. I have had 3 police reports filed in this complex due to theft. 1. My guests car was stolen out of the parking lot. 2. My catalytic converter was stolen off my car. 3. My house was recently broken into and my window (which all they did was push it in) has still not been properly secured or fixed in over a week. I have had to call and/or email for anything to take place. The management company did not offer to expedite the window fix, change my door locks, or anything remotely related to providing more safety for me. I was told that the window could be fixed in “4 days” yet over a week later still nothing. When I asked management to let me out of my lease due to negligence and loss of use (I am not currently residing there as I do not feel safe) they proceeded to tell me that “crime has no zip code” and they would not let me out and it is my choice to get an attorney. Let me just state that even the police officers on these cases said these crimes were more likely to happen here because of the lack of cameras, lights, and security. They also think it is someone who actively lives in these apartments, so just a fair warning to anyone looking to rent here. On top of that, when I asked them to send me a copy of my lease they told me they didn’t have access to it right then because I leased from the previous company. What management does not have access to tenants leases?? If you care at all about your safety or your being treated as a human being - do not rent here.

This place is by far and away the worst place to live. The management staff is down right terrible and rude. Parking is ridiculous, cars get broken into & towed daily, bugs are common, and they literally charge fees for every thing. There are much better to places to call home so I recommend you look elsewhere.

I thought the location was ideal as it was central to many areas of Dallas. The easy access to the highway was definitely a plus. The facility also did a great job salting the huge inclined entrance way whenever there was signs of icing or snow. With all the being said, the management was very sneaky. Any maintenance requests had a charge on it (change of light bulbs etc). It was extremely difficult to get in touch with management/leasing office via telephone. This was extremely annoying during our time of move out. The management proceeded to charge us for items that was already listed on the prior to moving checklist. We did not get our deposit back, rather had to owe the company hundreds of dollars. Once we finally got a hold of them via phone (took multiple days to accomplish) we were met with terrible customer service. We finally got in touch with the assistant manager and she decided to review our case since we did have many of the damages already listed at the time of move in. The review resulted in an increase in how much we owed since the actual quote of the contractors increased. Very bad experience moving out, especially for families who don't have the extra cash to pay off ridiculous charges.

Pinnacle Ridge is a beautiful complex that sits up on a hill right off of Cockrell Hill. They have nice Dallas skyline views in some of the units, but those cost extra of course. The only complaint I would have is that when I first was interested in the complex I kept getting the run around on when I could come view the floor plan I was interested in. They gave me one date, I would call to the day of the date they gave me and would tell me it wasn't ready. That happened about three times. Once I became a resident I was more than happy with my choice.

The apartments are very relaxing,great restaurants near by.. Gated community is main reason, I moved over here .. And where i stay you see a great view of DALLAS and other cities close. The apartments arent that big but I feel like home

I lived here for 3 years and never had a problem of any kind. Is always quiet, safe, apartments are well take care of, and staff is really nice. The only thing is that maintenance takes about 2 days to fix our problems but they were minor things so never bother me, other than that I will recommend this apartments to anyone.

I can't wait to move in this will be me and my boyfriends first apartment we see that this is a great pick we were very stress over what apartment to pick from and we weren't seeing eye to eye but on this one we fell in love thank you so much ??

This is my first apartment and I would have to say it is a very nice space. As for the parking there aren't too many available spaces so it is best to purchase a covered parking. The pricing I would say is a little high for the space but I do like the community.
