This community is friendly, quiet and clean. Maintenance, landscaping and management are on point. Animal friendly! I love the beautiful property with large green grass areas for kids to play. The pools and fitness center are beautiful and well maintained. Location is so convenient, as it is close to anything and everything you need, as well as right next to the 101.

I've been a resident since June of 2024 and have little to no complaints. Management is helpful and easy to work with. Area is clean and bugs have never been an issue. My apartment is extremely spacious with lots of storage areas. It's like living in a little house as I love having a washer and dryer here. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

My apartment itself is great and the whole complex is very peaceful and quiet most of the time. The front office staff are nice, but very challenging to get a hold of. It's a miracle if someone picks up the phone or answers an email no matter what time of day it is. The system for maintenance requests is awful. Putting a maintenence request in is super easy through the resident portal....but then it just never gets answered. No one from the maintenence team or the front office ever follows up with the request. I put in a request for my dryer not working over a month ago and haven't heard a peep from anyone. Front office staff just shrug and say I need to call the maintenence guys myself. Getting them on the phone is just as difficult as front office staff. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever dealt with as a renter. Decent place to live, but far from anything amazing.

A month ago, I woke up early and walked around the area. I saw that the dog poop was not cleaned up at several area. When I forget to visit the front office to update my vehicle information, it would be more helpful to me if I got an email from the management, instead of finding out that a towing company came and left me a label on my window that my car is not on lease, abandoned, and registration outdated (if abandoned, how is registration matter? License plate is only mandated for all vehicles on the public roads).

Hello, I apologize for missing some pet waste. While every pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pets, our service team strives to ensure that our community remains clean. If you ever notice any pet waste, please do not hesitate to call us or email us the location, and we will have a team member come and clean it up. R & M Towing is a vendor we are currently partnered with. They come out a few times yearly to help us ensure that our parking area is correctly used. No vehicles will be towed without my prior authorization. We kindly ask residents to communicate with us if they have a parking sticker so we know the vehicle can be here. It's a great place to live. No complaints. Management tends to your requests timely. Grounds are well kept and apartments are spacious. Rent is high everywhere but manageable here. No pest problems and complex is fairly quiet.

I’m moving in today. The apartment isn’t very clean. There’s paint drops on the vinyl floor. There’s a dead spider in the corner of the Second bedroom. The kitchen sink leaks into the cabinet. All of the vents are painted and can’t be adjusted for the air conditioning. I’m not sure how luxury I feel this apartment complex is for the money I’m paying. I’m kind of questioning my choice.

The apartment complex is in a good location in the city. Amenities are decent. However, maintenance requests seem to take a long time to get completed and some issues go unresolved for significantly longer than they should.

My move-in date is quickly approaching, but the process has been extremely rough. I've run into issues getting Cox services and gas established. The unit isn't cable-ready, so I was told I must pay a 200-dollar fee. Then, the gas company requires a signed lease before allowing me to set up services, as they had issues with the previous tenant. So, I am focused on signing my list two weeks early.

Pinnacle Terrace is located in a great location. It is right by the 101 making the freeway accessible, however it is far enough where the noise of driving cars doesn’t reach you.

Pinnacle is the best place to live in chandler. The prime location to everything whether it is walmart, costco, target. Its near to the highway and closed community keeps any wanderers out.

Beautiful, well maintained apartments and friendly staff. Very excited to be moving in today. The pools look beautiful, all apartments have in unit washers and dryers!

Still early since I moved, but the neighbors I interacted so far have been nice. But my designated parking space had been taken by someone else a few occasions. Someone has no common sense.

I’ve been here over a year and have very few problems. Whenever we did have a issue someone was sent out to fix right away! The grounds are kept up very nicely and on a regular basis!

I have been living here, Pinnacle Terrace Apartments, Chandler, Arizona 85226 since April of 2015; 9 amazing years. Love everything about this community and I would never ever consider living anywhere else. Consider making this community your next “home sweet home” !!

So far good just moved in but had to put in work orders immediately. Garage was broken and it took three days to fix even though the place was move in ready for a month. Place is beautiful spacious rooms are decent size

2025 will be a decade living here at Pinnacle apartments. I’ve moved three times and now in a two bedroom I love the staff, and love the maintenance crew. We always say hi and chitchat. I genuinely feel they look out for me as I do the same for the community. Although there’s always room for better and more improvement. That just comes with experience and time. I’m so excited to celebrate a decade here at Pinnacle Terrace.

Pinnacle terrace has a great staff, maintenance is done super quick, the grounds are very well taken care of. Overall the feel and look of the place is quality, like I'm getting my money's worth. Very happy to be living here.
