My apartment itself is great and the whole complex is very peaceful and quiet most of the time. The front office staff are nice, but very challenging to get a hold of. It's a miracle if someone picks up the phone or answers an email no matter what time of day it is. The system for maintenance requests is awful. Putting a maintenence request in is super easy through the resident portal....but then it just never gets answered. No one from the maintenence team or the front office ever follows up with the request. I put in a request for my dryer not working over a month ago and haven't heard a peep from anyone. Front office staff just shrug and say I need to call the maintenence guys myself. Getting them on the phone is just as difficult as front office staff. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever dealt with as a renter. Decent place to live, but far from anything amazing.

A month ago, I woke up early and walked around the area. I saw that the dog poop was not cleaned up at several area. When I forget to visit the front office to update my vehicle information, it would be more helpful to me if I got an email from the management, instead of finding out that a towing company came and left me a label on my window that my car is not on lease, abandoned, and registration outdated (if abandoned, how is registration matter? License plate is only mandated for all vehicles on the public roads).

Hello, I apologize for missing some pet waste. While every pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pets, our service team strives to ensure that our community remains clean. If you ever notice any pet waste, please do not hesitate to call us or email us the location, and we will have a team member come and clean it up. R & M Towing is a vendor we are currently partnered with. They come out a few times yearly to help us ensure that our parking area is correctly used. No vehicles will be towed without my prior authorization. We kindly ask residents to communicate with us if they have a parking sticker so we know the vehicle can be here. It's a great place to live. No complaints. Management tends to your requests timely. Grounds are well kept and apartments are spacious. Rent is high everywhere but manageable here. No pest problems and complex is fairly quiet.

I’m moving in today. The apartment isn’t very clean. There’s paint drops on the vinyl floor. There’s a dead spider in the corner of the Second bedroom. The kitchen sink leaks into the cabinet. All of the vents are painted and can’t be adjusted for the air conditioning. I’m not sure how luxury I feel this apartment complex is for the money I’m paying. I’m kind of questioning my choice.

My move-in date is quickly approaching, but the process has been extremely rough. I've run into issues getting Cox services and gas established. The unit isn't cable-ready, so I was told I must pay a 200-dollar fee. Then, the gas company requires a signed lease before allowing me to set up services, as they had issues with the previous tenant. So, I am focused on signing my list two weeks early.

Pinnacle is the best place to live in chandler. The prime location to everything whether it is walmart, costco, target. Its near to the highway and closed community keeps any wanderers out.

So far good just moved in but had to put in work orders immediately. Garage was broken and it took three days to fix even though the place was move in ready for a month. Place is beautiful spacious rooms are decent size

2025 will be a decade living here at Pinnacle apartments. I’ve moved three times and now in a two bedroom I love the staff, and love the maintenance crew. We always say hi and chitchat. Pinnacle Terrace has been a great place to call home over the years we have been here! Maintenance and leasing office staff are generally caring, responsive, and friendly. Even if/when maintenance issues cannot be directly resolved by our own staff, they are quick to get the necessary professionals in to take care of things as quickly and efficiently as possible!

Everyone at Pinnacle Terrace has been great to work with — always friendly and attentive to taking care of the community. I’m especially thankful to Cynthia for her attention — from the time we applied to our time moving out. We moved here from out of state and are now moving back — we had only planned on staying for four months, but ended up staying almost two years. Cynthia made our longer stay possible. We would recommend the community— we love the location, the quietness of the community, the feeling of safety, the care of the property, and the size of the apartment— especially the patio where we spent time many nights and almost every afternoon.

Pinnacle Terrace has been "home" for my family for years! 2019-2020 we were here, we returned in October 2021 and have been here ever since. Thanks to amenities such as a large covered gas grilling area and the nearby Media Center, on Friday March 17th we hosted our wedding reception, a beautiful immediate event for which the Media Center is perfect! Our "resident chef" grilled a lovely selection of burgers and chicken for the event on that previously mentioned gas grill! Our photographer for the event was able to find beautiful outdoor space for some of our wedding pictures! As we were setting up for the event, Christine in the Leasing Office was kind enough to take the time and step out momentarily to congratulate us! The people are amazing, the property in general is beautiful and well maintained, we are so pleased to call Pinnacle Terrace our home!

Pinnacle Terris has been my home for the past 7 years. I can openly and honestly say I have a love for this community. Our management team is quite incredible, and will go to battle for you when it comes to disruptive residence. The community really has zero tolerance for it. That makes for a great living experience here. There are always room for improvements, yet that comes with any community.

I love the pool and gym. As a single woman living by myself I always feel safe here which is so important to me and the location is great. The price is a bit high but so is everywhere else right now.. I love it here so far!

Been living here, at Pinnacle Terrace, seven and a half years. Best decision I made since moving to Arizona. Excellent community; well kept, clean. The office management staff, Angie, Christine and Cynthia are courteous, helpful and always very respectful. The same applies to the Maintenance staff, Sam, Ryan; awesome individuals.
