Chapel Hill, the quiet Indianapolis suburb, centers around family life with a close-knit school system and an active community. Located West of downtown Indianapolis, residents of the pocket neighborhood can easily access Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Indianapolis International Airport.
The neighborhood has great pride for the regional sporting activities, including professional football team the Indianapolis Colts, the Indy 500, and the Indiana Pacers. During the height of their seasons, houses and businesses decorate their exteriors to support the teams. On Sundays, you might drive down a street with Colts flags on every home, or stop by a local restaurant for drink specials and to watch Monday Night Football.

Property Ratings at Pinnacle West
I just moved in this month after a disastrous year. Gina and Nedra have bent over backwards to help me with my move in. Nedra has been an amazing help! She stayed late for me when I was late for my lease signing. Then still did my walk through, and explained everything to me. I felt very cared for. Nedra is on her game. I was a Regional Property Manager for 10 years and in the industry for 32 years, and I haven't seen a better property manager! I really love it here. It's vary clean, quiet and well cared for. I can't say enough about the great things they are doing here! 5 stars for sure! I'm trying to get two of my friends to move in! I'm going to copy this review to as many places as I can!
NeighborCare of Chapel Hill is great place to live several people come to live here because their parents lived here in the past. Even folks that move out often come back. They have friendly staff who care about you and assist you with even when it way outside of the scope of their jobs. Not to mention all the activities they have which is uncommon in a independent apartment complex.
Neighborcare Chapel Hill does not have a swimming pool as advertised. I also seen some advertisements on a tanning salon that they do not have so a lot of their information is misleading. They also do not have a 24-hour security because they fired them about 2 months ago along with their cleaning crew. Some buildings goes weeks before it is cleaned. Trash piles up in the trash room and brings in mice and cockroaches.
If you are considering moving here....DON'T DO IT!!! If you are considering moving someone to this property don't do it unless you hate that person and want them to suffer on a daily basis. The maintenance here is a joke, and I'm being kind when I say that. We have a screen door that has needed replacing for over a year, we have a patio door handle that is hanging off and has been for a month now. The carpet was supposed to have been replaced over a year ago but hasn't been replaced as of this review. It boggles my mind how the staff here take absolutely no responsibility for anything that goes wrong. They would rather lie to you and pass the blame to someone else instead of just being honest and accepting the fact that they screwed up AGAIN. If you still choose to move to this community after reading this review you have no one to blame but yourself. You have been warned so rent at your own risk.
Maintenance trying to come into your apartment with giving 24 hours notice! Being told that you didn't pay your rent when you have proof that you did! Turning the water off without anyone saying anything! No fire extinguisher in the apartment! It's noisy! No pool like they claim! The bus doesn't go everywhere like they claim!
Not friendly or helpful. My mom has lived here for 5 months and I’m getting her out of here. Hall carpet is filthy, elevators smell horrible, no heat in her bedroom, only in the living room. I guess they expect the heat to radiate into the bedroom. Neighbors can’t seem to mind their own business, and are constantly trying to cause trouble. Cafe food is a hit or miss. They advertise a pool, and if they mean that dirty thing on the other side of the parking lot, then, no thanks.
My father has lived here for 4 years and in 3 different apartments. We now live in a 2 bedroom here and not once have we ever seen a bed bug. Not one. The new management seems to be working tirelessly with their awesome new maintenance team, to get things done. Our lease is coming up and I am pretty sure we will be staying.
It is not excellent. The model that they show you is the complete opposite of what my grandmother got. As a whole, disappointing. There is so much more that should be done to honor our seniors who worked much of their lives, but this company is concerned about profits. Our grandmothers and grandfathers deserve the best. Good riddance.
Uncontrolled! The whole building is affected and they only do treatments to one apartment at a time, so the bugs happily relocate to the next apartment! When the apartment is sprayed or heat treated, there are so many things that need to be done to protect personal belongings, food, plants, etc that have to be moved, clothing and linens washed... it's really hard! Especially for elderly people!! After several attempts at failed eradication of the bugs, we were forced to call the Health Dept. That's when someone finally realized that this problem needs ongoing and regular monitoring and eradication. Gee - go figure! To me that just seems like common sense. Well, it's been about 3-4 months and the bug people are still coming in monthly to check my parents' apartment as agreed to by management of the apartments. Hopefully, they will stick to the agreement. I do have to say the people that work at the apartments and everyone I spoke with was very nice and, once I got "heard" they were accommodating. However, I do not think we should have had to go three years to get "heard" and finally get some pro-active steps taken.
Car with 2 flat tires in back parking lot ..has been for months... must be owned by a friend of the building manger because it’s against the lease and yet the car is still sitting there. But then a resident in a wheel chair is harassed over poop from a small dog .. it wasn’t properly picked up Only the mangers favorite pets are even told about donations given to all the residents Not all residents are informed Lose money in the washer or dryer ..well good luck with that for some residents The heating and air conditioning issues are a real problem for some units ..some not How is it possible to to overlook huge infractures of the lease from some tenants and then pick apart others for the smallest issues if it truly isn’t Favoritism in its finest
I have been here in my one bedroom apartment at Crestwood for approximately three months- i’ve had my bathroom ceiling over the tub tore out for three weeks and could not take a shower - The air-conditioners are always leaking which then causes wet living room carpet and then the ceiling below them gets water issues which my ceiling has had-Was here 30 days and the kitchen sinks were leaking under the sink -water everywhere and that was on race day- I only got to see the apartment for the first time three hours before the movers arrived — and to top if off there is a BED BUG problem— they are actively pursuing treatment for the bugs thank goodness — I was getting tired of being bit by the little buggers ??The thing that I don’t understand is why Cresswood will not consider any kind of compensation for blatant inconvenience- unsanitary conditions -who would want to go three weeks and not take a shower- I had to do washer ups in the bathroom sink and shampoo my hair in the kitchen - The residents are very friendly and helpful and truthfully they are the only reason that I really would even want to consider staying here at Crestwood
Having lived here at Crestwood for six months now, I can honestly say that I am pleasantly surprised and glad to be here. At first I was a bit standoffish, fearing that such close proximity with so many senior citizens would make me feel old. But the opposite is true. Being here feels just right! The management and maintenance teams are superb and so accommodating. The residents are friendly and eager to help in any way. It feels like one big family! There are activities built around just about any interest you might have--there is no excuse not to get involved in something. However, your privacy is totally respected as well. The apartment itself is ideal and I have never lived in a place that feels so safe. After six months at Crestwood Village West, I believe I made the right choice.
