the Danbury office is very friendly, however there have been a fair amount of questions they don't have an answer too. what is nice is that the staff is very helpful at redirecting me towards someone that does have answers.

Cheap rent, but you get what you pay for. Although most of the appliances are working fine and the apartment itself is decent, working with management is like pulling teeth. Unfortunately a general sense of safety is not common here, due to their lack of security measures.

I have live here over three years and I don't see why they continue to increase the rent when the building is one of their oldest building in Fargo, your packages get missing,maintenance takes almost three weeks to come when you put in a work order. The laundry room is dirty etc

A huge factor for me choosing Bayview was location. It’s right across the street from the YMCA which for me is a huge convenience. Target and Aldi are just down the road for groceries, the interstate is nearby so traveling anywhere outside the community is easy. To me Bayview is also one of the nicer, cleaner looking buildings in the area. The bayview itself in the apartment really helps open my living room up making it feel more spacious. Very happy with everything so far.

I think bayview is very reasonably priced for what you get. living on your own can be very expensive, but this has been a pretty good experience for me. I would recommend for anyone trying to save money while also not sacrificing living conditions.

Westcourt is a great place to live if you can’t afford a higher rent. But please note we get what we pay for— slow fixes to maintenance issues, stinky building, and broken glass in our grass and parking lots. Also, any package you order will be stolen. Otherwise, it’s nice. People in the office help as much as they can and you can have cats!

I love living here. It's quiet, it's clean and it's a cute apartment!

Apart from the jungle gym close by the back yard is perfect for hypnosis. I'm a recording artist and this place is perfect for people who enjoy music. It's also quiet for sleeping when you want it to be. Close to grocery stores.

It's a nice place to live, most stuff is a little walks away.

I would recommend living at Bayview to my friends. The management, staffs, and maintenance have always answered and attend to any questions I have and resolved it right away. I loved living here for the past 2 years.

This apartment did not paint the parking lot like it said it would. sometimes the neighbors are super loud at 12-1am. I've received no response about my complaint. The parking situation is getting better. The apartment complex itself is often dirty.

I love everything about my apartment! It's cute, homey, I'm really close to the mall and other several stores and restaurants. I'm really excited to be here.

I have been living here for a short amount of time but my unit is exactly what my roommate and I were looking for and we are both girls and feel safe in this area and building.

Amazing place ! Size is great .. Yard is clean . They should just work on their communication when it’s issues to be fixed.

So far the best thing is having a washer/dryer in the unit itself.

I am a new resident and I my experience so far has been good! Management is quick to take care of requests and are professional in their manner. I would recommend Westcourt to anyone looking to rent!

Bayview is a great place to live, starting on my second year now.

The application process was easy and the apartment was exactly what I was looking for!

Poor customer service skills,the whole management needs to get change and organize properly.

Our new maintenance guy has made us feel like he truly cares and wants to help with our maintenance issues as quick as possible. I value that! Seems like others are in it for different reasons lately.

Westcourt building has friendly staff, but beware the residents. My packages always get stolen unless I ship them to the office. Also beware that their chosen third-party vendors are slow to show up and fix what needs fixed. While they do not reflect on Westcourt staff, it is still an inconvenience for a potential tenant.

With any questions or issues that have come up, they are resolved in a respectful, kind, and helpful timely manner!

WestCourt has improved in the last 10 months weve lived here. Some faces have come and gone but they seem to have been learning experiences for the office staff. Happy to be a part of WestCourt community!

Been a resident here at WestCourt for about 8 months. Any issues weve had since our bumpy start have mostly been resolved. Overall we are happy with this community. And would recommended to friends.

About two years agoI was shown my apartment and it said to me Move In I fell immediately in love!! My place is a perfect size just right for me and my furry baby!! Living on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings and bay windows is such a plus!! Plus remodeling the outside and new carpet has made me more proud of the property I live at. Also.Great understanding and friendly management team in the office!!

Overall all its a pretty good place to live. There are some issues with drugs being sold out of the apartments. And people leaving their trash all over. And the outside box not working and the doors not locking.. But its a pretty good place to live! The Danbury office ladies are Amazing! They have helped me so much! So Thank you to all of them!!

My experience here westcourse has been outstanding. The only issue is that I've had have been with my health. Because of my health I was no longer able to use the steps. The management team was quick to respond and gave me a reasonable accommodations. West Court of the management of West Court have just been phenomenal quite frankly I would rather just stay here but at this time there's not a place for me. So if you're looking for a good place to have with awesome management and awesome maintenance teams West Court your place.

Friendly staff. Only complaint i have is no one picks up after themselves here. They just throw trash and their mail in the entry ways. Sometimes the security doors don't shut also.

Westcourt itself it absolutely awful! But that has more to do with extremely poor management, unknowledgable maintenance technicians, and atrocious neighbors than with the apartment building itself.

The building is clean and the hallways never smell funky which is hard to come across in a lot of other apartment buildings. The staff and management are timely and extremely helpful!

The apartment seems to be a nice place for an apartment. It has an inward yard for the whole apartment complex. Plus, my apartment faces the sun for most of the day.

Overall the staff has been so good to me and I have seen lately how they are trying to improve and make things better. The bad elements of residents seem to be disappearing in these apartments and I feel better about staying now.

Central to everything we need to go to. Right behind the mall. Our unit had been newly renovated and is beautiful! Flooring and carpet are beyond gorgeous!

I have lived here around six months and seen a mixture of tenants. Rosegate has made some improvements with getting carpet in building but much is needed for theft in the building and drugs. You cant even have things on your patio like plants or it will be stolen.

I love my third floor apartment! The vaulted ceilings are amazing and the layout is amazing!

Good location, relatively quiet, staff has always been pleasant and responsive.

I love the Place One staff they put up with my chatting and are always friendly, helpful and understanding. Plus great Management Team!! Plus I love my cute 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor!! It's also great they are slowly remodeling our community!! The outside interior looks great.. brand new look!!
