Property Ratings at Placemakr Music Row
Although, I love the location of this apartment the fire alarm has already gone off 17 times this year (mostly between 12am -5am) and 10 times in 2018. The elevator stops working at least twice a month, I've gotten stuck once myself. There's more that occurs. I think with the amount of rent we pay...it's really not worth it.
As you can tell per the other reviews there is a false fire alarm once a month, EVERY month at 3-5am, I have to. 4/24/19 at 3:15 AM is the most recent. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and this has been a re-occurring theme the entire time. There should be NO reason for false alarms like this. My college dorm and apartments didn’t even have this many alarms. I’ve had maybe one fire alarm total in other apartments I’ve lived in. Each time this happens management sends out an email aplogizing, assuring it won’t happen again, and that they’ll get to the bottom of it. Never happens. Will not be resigning and shouldn’t have.
I loved the atmosphere. Jordan was great and I loved that she actually lived in the community that she was showing.
Maintenance team is THE best in the biz. Mgt team is also as great as it gets!! The Cadence is genuinely lucky to have this staff & I hope that upper Mgt recognizes just how awesome the Cadence staffers are!
This is a good place to live with a community atmosphere. About two weeks ago I had decided to grill a steak, one of the grills were being used and when I started the unoccupied grill, the neighbor invited me to use his grill instead because it was hot and he was almost done.
It's clean. This is a big factor after living in another property that had litter in the parking deck, stairwells, etc. Also, maintenance team is awesome regularly keeping the place in tip top shape. Lastly, not a lot of short term rentals (Air BNB) destroying the place and making noise.
I love living here! The only items I can possibly think of as negatives would be road noise (obviously out of management control) and that the pool was closed longer than I expected. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive!
Although the price of the apartment homes throughout Nashville was higher than I anticipated as an out-of-towner, I believe the price of these units for the quality of life and neighborhood that it inhabits is a great deal for young professional types.
I'd recommend EVERYTHING about the Cadence Staff! Mgt to Maintenance & beyond. They are all just THE BEST!! It's the rude, inconsiderate ... (mostly young 1st time apartment types) neighbors that make me not want to stay. If my seriously obnoxious neighbors aren't partying all hours inside their apts they're now out in the garden area at midnight, 1AM sometimes ... screaming drunk and laughing so loudly you can hear every word, every laugh etc ... I feel for the bldg staff having to deal with these people (as they leave a lot of trash around etc ... ruin the carpets .... you name it, they're like kids in a dorm) ... and I feel for me when I'm in the apt the few later eves I'm trying to get some work done and I've got the rudest neighbors making things difficult. But re the work of Vaughn, James, and the help of the mgt team ... they're just stellar!!

The location is great, but the complex has numerous issues. Paint in the apartment is bottom shelf, water keeps getting shut off to service the helper pumps, water pools inside the common room. Coffee in common room runs out, grill brushes are hard to find and rarely replaced, etc. For the money i would look elsewhere.
The location is superb Then when you add in the quality of the apartment, along with the amenities, it makes the complex very appealing.
I wish the office staff would take more initiative in looking over community facilities to make sure things are clean and working. Until a complaint id made they wont take care of anything for example the pool should be clean yet until a complaint is made it will stay completely filthy.

It has a community feel. They're all so professional. The apartment looks like a million bucks. It's wonderful
Would recommend because, bottom line you can either make small quirks bug you, or you can say hey! I live in a great city, in a great location, and that is what matters. No sweating the small stuff.
Jennifer, Nathan, Jason, and Emily are all amazing. You should keep them here as long as you can. One of the big reasons me being here is because of Jennifer.
