Decent and livable
The wall of the apartment preparation is roughly done,the paint work looks sloopy and seems like it was painted in a rush,overall its a fairly decent apt and free of rodens and roaches thank god for that.The area is fairly decent the noise level is contained and the property is maintained.

Great for families
The location is everything. The park is rite across the street. The elementary, middle and also high school are less than a mile away. Also a great location for commuters. Not too close to highways to hear all the traffic noise but close enough. There are lots of shopping near by. Lots of locale farmers markets. For those who like to stay active the track is within walking distance. I really like that if anything needs to be fixed maintenance is usually very quick to respond. Rent is very reasonable and I've never experienced a problem with parking. All in all we like Plainfield Village apartments. Its very nice here.
