Plantation at Hunter's Run

Clean place, apartments are nice and have a good setup. It seems like a friendly and safe space. My only complaint is the noise especially with those that have dogs.

Seems like things are not being taken care of like it used to be to be nobody picks up after animals and garbage all over. Just doesn’t look like it use to

It’s a little expensive for the lack of amenities with the property. Could do better with the parking situation. Furnished apartment with very cheap college dorm furniture.

For the most part, good community. maintenance staff is great! Parking is normally good; more control of guest parking would be great. Pretty quiet compared to other buildings in the area.

Great place to live. Amenities are great and the office people are fantastic. Apartments are close to all of the things needed in town yet quiet too.

The most professional apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in. Everything is well maintained, the staff make sure any concerns are handled swiftly and efficiently… I am happy to continue paying rent here, because it truly feels like staff cares about our apartment feeling like a home.

Maintenance is always on the ball and ready to help when needed. They are keeping the grounds looking great. The office staff are nice. Thanks for the opportunity to live here.

Our move in very easy and the office was knowledgeable and helpful. Our apartment was clean and ready for us. I would recommend the community to a friend.

Very well taken care of grounds here! Very pleased with everything here. Always deiced in the mornings after it snows. Parking lot always gets plowed.

Management has changed several times over the years, so have the owners. But with all the changes they have tried to keep the property in good shape. Lazy pet owners are one ongoing issue. They just can't stay on top of them. It's sad.

Planation Hunters Run is a very quiet and comfortable place to live. The complex are always taken care of by a wonderful maintenance and office staff.

Nice apartment, clean, pleasant and comfortable in all aspects. If you are looking for a place to live. I recommend them to you 100%. Apart from the fact that it is centrally located. School's shops are nearby. The liquor ?? is from the neighbor ??

Not enough parking space but great apartment prices. The neighbor isn’t bad but could be better. Maintenance does a good job when coming quick with issues.

I love this area! Everybody is friendly, you have great neighbors. The staff are amazing and get right on top of things if there is an issue.

We love living here! The only negative is the people above us are extremely loud at all hours of the day or night. The staff is so nice and always helpful.

Probably the best apartments in town. Maintenance men are amazing, and the office people can be helpful. Halls and community room are cleaned regularly.

i’ve been here since june and i don’t have any complaints so far! everyone is nice and respectful to each other! everyone is quiet and very friendly when passing by!

Great place to live. Competitively priced. The units are decent sized and for the volume of residence, it’s quiet. We are on the 3rd floor so it’s very safe from outside intruders and in the winter we keep our heat at 60 because the 1st and 2nd floor units heat ours pretty well.

Maintenance is very quick to respond, the front desk is very friendly and helpful for new and old residents. I appreciate their hard work they do to keep this community safe and clean.

Everything was very smooth with the application and move in process. Everyone has been very nice and helpful so far. No complaints at all! The place is clean and well maintained. No noisy or disruptive neighbors. Great amenities are included

I LOVE the staff here. Seriously, super nice and helpful. Obviously, unreasonable things/requests will be unreasonable anywhere you live. Nothing is perfect but this is the best perfect! I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Watford City.

For the most part it has been great. I just wish we had a better parking situation because sometimes it is a joke trying to get a parking spot after work. I also really wish we had forced air but that can’t be changed lol

I appreciate that maintenence is very efficient. My microwave went out and it was fixed the next day. I also had a door fixed in bathroom. The team is very friendly.

Plantation at hunters run is one of the better rental apartments. Common areas are kept clean and maintained. Maintenance does a good job as well.

It’s so quiet, the management is so professional, and an elevator in this area is a huge amenity. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am to live there.

The community is beyond great along with the residential staff. The maintenance crew is always working hard on something to make the outside or inside of the buildings looking fresh and brand new!

i have lived here for almost two months and have nothing to say negatively about this place. neighbors are all very friendly and everyone is quiet and respects each other

Love it here , peace and quiet after work every day , no loud neighbors or anything like that to keep us up at night , we really love that we have in unit washer and dryer as well as a dish washer .

Everyone is great, the maintained people are always on top of getting there quick, the walls are thin but not horrible, i do wish they give put newer appliances in the apartments tho, only reason for 4 stars

Great place to call home, friendly staff, always kept in top shape. Wouldnt want to be anywhere else. I would definitely recommend to friends and family! It's a great community to be in.

It's been a wonderful experience the staff is vert helpful and the maintenance is absolutely great they go above and beyond and are very easy to speak to

Very nice and respectful residents, employees/staff are diligent and friendly. The animals in the building are kind and their owners are always respectful of other pet owners. Grounds are kept neat and clean!

The apartments are well maintained and quiet. The rental/move in process was easy and the staff are helpful and friendly. The halls are a little dark but the apartment has great natural light with a spacious open feeling.

Fairly quiet & friendly community. Staff works hard to keep the place as clean as they can! Community amenities are clean and spacious to accommodate many.

Love everything so far, been a few months but overly impressed. Maintenance is top notch which is a first for me, Mariah is amazing and easy to communicate with, also it's subtle and quite when I need to rest which was a shock for an apartment building. 10/10

Living here is great, everything is always in order, the common areas are clean, the apartments are perfect. We love living here We are just a little angry that some neighbors do not respect the no smoking rules, it is so annoying the smell of cigarettes coming through our windows.

Nice apartments. Only 1 thing that makes it a 4 stars, no central heating and ac. Other than that one thing the units are nice and they come with a garage for storage.

Maintenance is super responsive, they have been super helpful, and the apartments are really nice. The office lady's have been super sweet. Also nice to have and elevator.

The apartments are very clean and well maintain. There are cameras inside and out, each building. I feel very safe walking around the premises. Residents here are friendly. The dog park is a plus.

Mariah and Courtney were very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. The property was very clean. The gym has everything I would need to get into better shape. The refreshments machines are aa nice touch

Move in was very easy, everything was done online and to my surprise the process was fast and easy! The apartments are clean and well maintained, management is very responsive to any questions or concerns. Very family friendly, love the resident portal, and all the events the community has. My only complaint is I didn’t move in sooner when I moved to watford! Great place to live!

Can't stress this enough. Moving to Plantations at hunters run was the BEST choice I made. Did I look at other apartments, no. But that's because the first choice I saw was Plantations and I was in love. Mariah was so helpful and kind when I first looked into the apartment. She made moving to a new place easy and stress free. She's got a wonderful boss Courtney, both are amazing at what they do. Then meeting Arnold and Albert with my random maintenance needs. Super professional and efficient. Not one bad thing about this experience.

My family and I really enjoy living here. Our 3 bedroom apartment is spacious and doesn’t feel small. The office ladies and maintenance crew are the BEST, which is a bonus when you are renting!

Maintenance team is awesome! They get things done in a timely manner. Couldn’t ask for a better team!
