They do not take care of the place nor the the tenants that live there.
The trailers are falling apart, GC keeps fining for not fixing or keeping things in proper order, and they in turn try their best to fine the fine the tenants for their lack of proper care. In short, they don't want tenant s, they want the money without the responsibility.
