Property Ratings at Plantation Towers
I was contracted to work for Plantation towers for a few months. I would never recommend anyone to live at this residence. The complaints I received on a daily as a maintenance technician was unbearable. The woman who took over the property now as a manager is disgusting in the way she speaks to residence, it's disgusting how she talks behind people's backs including her own corporate coworkers. Mice, rats and insects continue to be a daily chore in this residence and maintenance on the building is deteriorating every single day with no lack of concern over their own building. There is a older gentleman who works there as well who maintains the building and is an absolute creep so stay away from him he's very perverted and drinks on the job. This property also lacks security and they are serious liability concerns with cameras throughout the building. There has been incidents of numerous police presence at this property as well for robberies This property also increase your rent every year and also charges you small fees on the side that are not in the contract I would recommend that no one ever stayed at this place or even dares to think about renting from related property you have been warned folks
I’ve lived here for a year got the apartment because due to being an essential worker it seemed convenient. Wanted a play area and pool for my child and gym which was convenient for long work hours. We have not been able to use any amenities I had to buy my own exercise machines. Work has been undone since I moved in . Ac are of poor quality. The mouse situation is out of hand I’m tired of buying traps as soon as one is out another is in. My apartment is very clean however mouse problems are at an all time high. Washing machines suck they won’t wash clothes properly even if it’s not packed. As for working people the mailroom time frame sucks. Packages have been stolen constantly. Save your money !
The apartments are nice inside, that's why I give it two stars. Other than that it is not worth paying this amount for an administration that cares very little about the feeling of the tenants. Amenities?? forget about them. I've been living here for a year and the gym has always been closed with the Covid's excuse. Same with the swimming pool and study centers. You can't really use anything from the amenities. Laundry is ok, expensive for my taste but ok. The kitchen is old and poorly maintained. The stove, dish washer and fridge are very old and do not work properly or have quick repairs that are not well done. Management does not seem very interested in the feeling of the residents, the maintenance is horrible. They've only been working with "emergency" situations for a year. Again, the excuse is that they only have one maintenance person. Not to mention the mouse infection on the first second and third floors. They don't seem to do anything about it, they just provide traps and call a fumigator who only goes once and puts the same thing. You can't receive packages in your apartment, there is a mail room for that, and that's not bad, what I don't like is that it's only open from "9" (10 really) to 5, so we, day workers find it very difficult to pick up the mail. I am very very disappointed in this place.
