Property Ratings at Platform Apartments
The neighborhood is bad, loud residents, and worst of all, Shane and office people are the worst. They seem to be very lazy and can't solve issues happening in the apt. Very glad that I am leaving. Find a different place. 0 star not even worth 1 star
I love living here! The office staff is nice and attentive. They are always on top of everything! Nothing compared to where I used to live. This place is great! And they have free coffee ??
This review is coming from a late career professional. The management team are professional, accommodating and welcoming. Platform747 is safe, quiet and convenient - close to University of Minnesota campus, next to light rail and 280. You can get to virtually anything you need or want in 10 minutes!
If you are looking for a good dog-friendly place, I highly recommend Platform. The property managers are very helpful and responsive. The amenities are great. It is close to everything. Great location and good management.
I just moved into Platform Apartments and have been amazed by the welcoming leasing agents, beautiful building, and spacious apartments! The amenities are incredible with a pool, hot tub, solarium, gym, garage parking, and working from home spaces. The rent is very reasonable for all of the amenities and space in the apartment. Appliances are all new and in excellent condition. Great access to public transportation for both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Excellent apartment and would highly recommend renting from here!
Sound travels up the windows in the front of the building….so a dog barking for hours could be coming from above me, where the stomper lives(oh yes….stomping….not walking ever) or below me. Back to the stomper….things from their deck ends up on mine…and before they moved in management had the deck cleaned up there and all the dirt went onto my deck….so I’ve never been able to have anything on My deck. My dog was caught peeing somewhere besides the undersized dog park and I got a pretty serious warning. NEVERMIND the fact that other people let their dogs pee all over the place….but this is a see something say something building…so people tattle if they think it will benefit them. People barbecue on their decks…don’t clean up their dog poop, and invade your space without asking if it’s okay. I could go on but I think you get the point.
It’s been wonderful living at a property where on-site staff are attentive and professional. Britney has always answered questions or concerns quickly. The walls are surprisingly sound absorbing and my floor plan’s design is so practical and efficient. Overall execllent place to call home.
Apartment building is very clean. Amenities are fun to use and everyone has been respectful and pleasant to be around in common areas so far. Maintenance is great and are usually at your apartment within 12 hours of you submitting a request. Property managers answer emails right away, I am never waiting more than a half day for a response.

Modern beautiful apartments. Love the pool and gym. The property manager Britney is amazing. I love living here! It’s nice, quiet, and there’s so much close by to do.... my apartment is beautiful. I couldn’t have found a better place. Fantastic amenities, clean and equipped apartment. I feel like I am on vacation every day when I wake up and then when I get back from work . Professional, knowledgeable, and supportive staff. Very accessible in person, by phone or email and respond quickly to any question or concern. Facilities are too-notch, modern, and always kept very clean. Any maintenance issues are taken care of within 24 hours and excellent service is provided there too. I am very fortunate to be able to start a new life here.

I’ve lived here since November and absolutely love living at Platform!! The building is gorgeous, safe and well taken care of and management and maintenance are responsive and very friendly, helpful and professional. Amenities are awesome including swimming pool, sauna and dog park! Neighbors are great, very quiet building and dog friendly!! Super close to Grand Ave, Highland Park, Mississippi River, Dinky Town and freeway access. Highly recommend for easy access to Minneapolis, St. Paul or The U of MN.

We were some of the first residents to move in on the first possible day back in November 2020. It was worth the wait due the many delays for this buildings completion because of the wild 2020 year. The amenities are incredible, and the location is very centrally located. The building is designed beautifully and maintained very well. The staff is attentive and care about ensuring tenants have a great time living here. Do yourself a favor and stop by for a tour, I feel you’ll fall in love with the building.
