I only been staying here 20 days and someone stole my car !!!! They have roaches !!!! Someone broke in my apartment while I was gone and was sleeping in my apartment !!! I had to call the police 2 times since I been staying !!! I’m going break my lease I rather be homeless then stay here !!DONT MOVE HERE THESES APARTMENTS SHOULD BE TOWED DOWN !!!

staff is rude will not answer the phone place is infested with roaches trash is everywhere no assigned parking water gets cut off constantly if you can afford to live somewhere else do it for your peace of mind unless your about to be homeless dont waste your time they will try to keep your security deposit no matter what
The good reviews are flat out LIES !!!!! The ladies in the office will leave your maintenance requests out to dry for weeks and be completely dismissive when you re-request issues to be handled. I absolutely hate these apts. ive had mold, broken appliances, broken ac unit, etc since ive been here !!!!!! GO ELSEWHERE SERIOUSLY !!!!!!!!

This property could not be more inhabitable. I lived there for a year and immediately regretted the decision. The office staff are BLANK! Expressionless faces and unconcerned tones. There is no point talking to anyone in there, and don’t get me started on maintenance and scorpions and roaches. You have to get your own exterminating equipment because they do not help! Neighbors are barbarians and there is no security whatsoever. Please consider building yourself a cabin before moving here.

I just moved out and this property is terrible!!! I have been fooled by the good reviews on this website and the nice pictures. The maintenance is the WORST I've ever dealt with. They are honest about things like your broken door frame stemming from a previous forceful entry by kicking in but, they have no skills and frequently have to re-fix things they previously worked on. Maintenance requests go without fixing, most other times. Moving into your apartment the place will be nice but you will realize the long list of maintenance issues in a few days. The office workers don't do walk throughs so after a few months your appliances and place is literally falling apart. ·The office workers don't take packages at all and USPS won't deliver packages due to the lack of a box for package deliveries so USPS has begun automatically sending the residents' packages back to sender. A resolution was not given prior to me moving after being a resident for over a year and dealing with nonchalant employees. ·There was also black mold growing through the paint in most of my apartment. To top that, there was also a hole in my ceiling due to the mold growing through the roof. I know this because I woke up many early mornings to maintenance hammering down wood on the roof right above my bed without any notice to a working adult. ·The windows do not include screens which is a big concern because pigeons flock your front door area. The windows are also old and drafty causing the extreme hot and cold temps to be unbearable without constantly running your central ac/heat system. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!!!
It's terrible ! Rent for rent to anyone, Here anyone lives so we moved, this is full of Fumones etc etc etc, it is dangerous to go out at night ... they usually steal inside the cars, 0 Security and if something bad happens to you, the office does not It takes over ..... I do not recommend it.

If you value your money and dont have time for games dont rent here. Office staff will always give you the run around. Pray nothing in your apartment ever breaks because it takes forever and a day and a ton of attitude to get it repaired. Parking is dangerous because there is poor/no lighting and they refuse to fix it
The overall appearance of the community is that of a destitute compound with vagrants scouring the trash cans and thugs congregating outside, smoking weed all day and night. They were constructing some kind of picnic pavilions around the time I left, but they still looked incomplete long after the construction crews stopped working. Pit bulls are supposed to be a banned breed, but that didn't stop plenty of residents from owning them and letting them wander off leash around the complex, or tying them up on the "porch" with no supervision. Pigeons, roaches, and scorpions are so populous here that I hope the office is getting some kind of tenant compensation from them. The office staff is intentionally obtuse and overwhelmingly incompetent, especially with matters you must consult them with AFTER you move out (almost retaliatory in nature). As a tenant, I had to remind them every month that they wanted less money on their online portal than what they were owed. In hindsight, I regret not underpaying them. Maintenance orders were not an issue upon the first few months of move-in, but took increasingly longer to respond as time wore on. The pool was perpetually closed or over-crowded with obscene revelry. You get googly-eyed by the price of the place at first, and the tour doesn't seem too egregious, but believe me, they are the epitome of "you get what you pay for". I strongly recommend AGAINST renting from this property.
I have been living here for 6 months now. If you have any problem other than general maintenance they generally give you the run around, while exterminators and such are pretty easy to get a visit from, although in the beginning not so much. The gate doesn't work and the will say the are fixing it but aren't. Cheap rent and mostly families in the area. After all we are moving somewhere cheaper and better after lease ends.
