Plaza Apartments

I absolutely loved my apt 2 bed downstairs and the brick wall ?? just wow..nice neighborhood great neighbors peaceful and quiet.i highly recommend this property..I miss it ??

I love how spacious the apartments are, I’ve been here for two years, lived in both the two bedroom and currently in the one bedroom. Brandy the manager is amazing, so friendly and she gets her job done. My only issue is the maintenance man. He lives on the property so he arrives in a timely manner, but just his attitude.. I don’t like. The two issues that went wrong first, my oven knob was broken so it wasn’t turning off, he said it was off but it wasn’t it kept lighting and burning, for about 2 weeks, my oven was constantly burning. It wasn’t fixed until Brandy should up and fixed it herself. My second problem, I had a bat fly into my apartment at 3am and was flying around my living room. I asked if the ceilings could be sealed, and when he came he was pretty much making me feel like it was my fault, and that he shouldn’t have had to seal the ceiling, he only did the living room and kitchen, and not the bedroom, and a few months later, surprise, I had a bat in my bedroom. And brandy wasn’t there at the time, there was a sub filing in for her the first time I had a bat, and no one told her! So when I had the second bat come she was like “what do you mean you had a second bat?!” So it made me mad that the maintenance man failed to communicate that to her. But Brandy is awesome, by far the best property manager I’ve rented from.

The plaza apartments have been very good to us. The staff is always friendly, and maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner. The rent is very competetive, and the complex is quiet and friendly. The apartments have brick accent walls and some apartments have been updated and are very nice for the price. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone of any age or occupation.
