Lived in this apartment for over 2.5 years and had really liked it. The community is good. But recently we were on a vacation for a few days during which a fire inspection conducted, so we informed the main office to ensure the door is locked after the inspection. However, we were shocked when we got back to see that the master key was left at the door and was unlocked for over 5 days. Also, we have been having a problem with the refrigerator since almost a year and requesting maintenance to fix it but they come and plug it out and say this is how it is. Finally after requesting over 5 times they have decided to replace it.

Mitzy helped us with our process, and made everything so smooth!! We have been here for about 2 months, and I love everything about the complex. It's really quiet, and not to mention the area is very convenient. :-)
The apartments are great, my only complaint is that I need more than 36 hours notice before fire alarm testing to find someone to watch my dog as he is terrified of fire alarms. At least 3 days notice is needed.

We have lived here for about 5 years! Love the community. It’s very close to almost anything you need! Very quiet and family friendly environment!
This is one of the best apartment complexes we have stayed in, but really makes it the best for us is that the office staff is so nice. They’re always very attentive and they always give you answers whenever you ask. Even community events like Halloween is something that we think really makes this complex very unique and we are very happy to be here!
We just moved in and everyone from management to maintenance has been great! Mitzy has been wonderful with helping us with the leasing process! She and maintenance team has been great to work with - we really enjoy living here!
I am enjoying my stay here and would recommend any of my friends or family to stay here as well with no hesitation. Definitely a great place to live

Plaza at Westchase is a good place to live. The folks in the office are great, maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner, and the location is good. The only reasons I gave four stars and not five is because of the lack of covered parking and the occasional roach sightings (outside).

I’ve never been able to give a 5 star rating to any apartment I’ve lived in but this place went above and beyond while I was there! Jonathan was always very helpful and customer service was unlike any I’ve ever experienced. If I hadn’t bought a house I definitely would’ve renewed my lease and I’ve never done that anywhere. I lived on the first floor and barely ever heard my upstairs neighbor, the apt are built very well maintenance was AWESOME I literally only had to call them out twice for minor issues and they came very promptly. I even had an issue with an animal that had a seizure and one of the maintenance me. Came and helped me get it in the car as I couldn’t lift it on my own. They kept the property very clean and they repaired damages (like after storms) very quickly! I would give these ppl 10 stars if I could!

I'm living here for 7 months and I am happy with the decision to move to live here. The community is not to big and the facilities looks nice and good, is clean all the time and have the people to keep the hallways clean, the pool is nice too. The maintenance is so good. Should be like 3.5 stars instead of 3. Only thing is just the noise level can be quite high here, but that's just due to being close to a busy road. Would be nice to have updated appliances like some other units here. For reference, we have the plastic white fridge and dishwater units. Other than those two, everything else is great.
Office staff are very professional. The apartment is conveniently located to major restaurants ,auto shops , grocery stores .The leasing office is very prompt in delivering quality maintenance services.
It's a beautiful place to live. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and always available to help solve any issues. The environment is quiet and peaceful.
It's been a great experience here. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any issues. It is a bit of a noisy area and the appliances are old (think white plastic fridge).

Love the apartment managers, also the maintenance staff is so nice, helpful & they come QUICK! Which is important when you need repairs done in your home! I literally love this apartment complex, I just want them to upgrade the parking!! Also, become strict when it comes to allowing people to just park anywhere without a sticker, enforce the tow & people will obey the rules - visitors park in visitors! Other than the parking, this is a great community to live in.

Been living here for more than 6 months now and it has been a very pleasant experience. The amenities are well-maintained and the common areas are kept clean. The staff is pleasant and responds to queries and concerns quickly and satisfactorily. The complex is very safe too and we have had a few weather incidents but fortunately no flooding or electricity issues have occurred so far, which is a huge plus!

I honestly love this apartment. My only reason for moving, if I wanted to move, would be to get a bigger/private place for starting a family. I love the property, it is clean and most importantly safe. I love the location of the apartment, and I genuinely think it is a gem. I really do not have any complaints.
