Pocatello Heights

I lived at pocatello heights for about 4 years. In the past few years there have been many positive changes here. It was once a sketchy area and has been transformed into a family-friendly place to live. Most of the apartments have been updated and remodeled recently. I had a really great experience with the staff here and they were always very accommodating. Specifically, Thomas, the apartment manager has always been super nice and quickly resolved any issues I had. The maintenance staff were very easy to get a hold of and usually fixed issues within hours after I notified them. I loved living here and would again if I ever move back to Pocatello.

I see improvements and excitement from our new manager Angie everyday. The new patio is awesome!! The staff is genuine and full of hard workers. It's easy to see all the dedication to make this a better place for the residents and our community.

I've lived here for 3 years now! The staff are wonderful people ?? If you have a problem the maintenance guys are on it. Thomas is such an awesome guy! I couldn't ask for better people to rent from

I lived in Pocatello Heights for 3 years. The place is not well managed and the property management staff is extremely difficult to get in touch with. They increased my rent by $100 with a two days notice, continued charging me for utilities 3 months after I had moved out, and generally do not communicate well with the residents living there. Save yourself the headache and stress and live somewhere in Pocatello.

I lived in a newly remodeled 1b1b with my cat and my time here was amazing! Unfortunately had to break lease and Whitney made it incredibly easy and was just absolutely amazing and understanding! Thank you so much!

This is a town house with 3 levels. Its very spacious and gives you plenty of room for a family of 4 or more. I have converted the entire upstairs into my childrens play area/living area as the bedrooms were a little small for me and my husband. They have 2 playrooms/learning rooms and their own bedroom to roam and play as they wish. The middle part of the house is the living room, dinning room, and kitchen where you have plenty of room for a dinning table, arts and craft area and your chill area for watching tv and playing games. The downstairs is where me and my husband reside for the sleeping quarters. Its a very open layout in the basement and has a wall that divides the laundry room. We have a cute little patch of dirst for putting a lawn chair or tiny garden in, in the front of the house, and in the back another small patio with beautiful flower bushes on each side for a little bit of privacy. In the heart of Pocatello and wonderful area to raise kids.

The apartments are simple and just the right size for a small family. The complex is in walking distance to a great college. Very easy on and off access to the interstate. Has a nice little grocery store right across the street. The apartments include a garage and central a/c surrounded by nice big trees. Great place for all ages young and old!
