If you are looking for a bustling shopping and business district in the Atlanta area, then the Perimeter Center neighborhood is the spot for you. Anchored by Perimeter Mall, Perimeter Center is one of metro Atlanta’s largest commercial districts.
Perimeter Center straddles the Perimeter itself, a boundary outlined by Interstate 285 that separates Atlanta from the suburbs. Although a portion of Perimeter Center is considered a part of Atlanta, the area is also comprised of Brookhaven, Dunwoody, and Sandy Springs, some of the city’s most popular suburbs. An abundance of shopping centers and restaurants surround Perimeter Mall, so residents have easy access to plenty of amenities.
High rises filled with offices of major companies like UPS and three major hospitals — Saint Joseph’s, Northside, and Children’s at Scottish Rite — are in Perimeter Center as well.

Old building, negligent maintenance stuff, ac don't work in summer and the heat doesn't work in winter, roaches, insects, washer dryer machine are from previous century fixed with screws on the nobs I am paying more than $150 on electric bill every month as the ac never stops trying to cool the unit and it never reach its goal.

Having waited for an appartment to become available for about 2 months, I finally moved in on August 3, 2022. The appartment wasn't ready, particularly I noticed many things that needed to be fixed, e.g kitchen tab was leaking and water was going down under the sink, having created mold in the wooden kitchen cabinet. I have reported it and the plumber fixed the tab, but didn't clean the area with mold. I have been fighting with them to do something about, but they do not seem responsive. He was telling stories that there is no mold, but even a kid can see it and what is worse - smell it. Then I reported an A/C in the living room being dusty and smelly, with possible mold in it. It endangers my husband's and my health. I'm gonna do everything possible so that they come and deal with it. In the shower hot water was hardly coming out, I reported it and they repaired it. The kitchen cabinets, especially on top were dusty like hadn't been cleaned for ten years. All in all, there's a lot that they should have fixed before letting anyone move in.

don't think taking a lease in this community even renovated apartments are not good and dirty. if you raise any maintenance request it take so long time to fix it or they will not fix it. they will simply say you are not living in your home. please don't take the apartment here. when you pay high rent and faced these kind of issues like water leakage, cabinets are broken and many more.

Zero Star! Stay out of this horrible place and people to have peaceful mind. We lived here for 3 years with high tolerance and patience. Many of my friends and neighbors told us that they were charged $1000+ when they moved out. So I wanted to be extra careful and spent lot of money to deep clean the apartment. We just moved out last week and received their same horrible treatment. Yes, our final move-out charges are $1000+. They told us that the changes are for carpet, counter tops and stove. They did NOT replace the carpet when we moved 3 years ago and it is nearly 10 years old carpet. We wish it was at least 50% clean and was in good condition when we moved-in. Bottom line is they will find one or the other reason to charge you $1000+ when you move out. Don't fall for any specials and re-pay later!. I was facing many other issues in this community that everyone needs to aware.

Thank you for sharing your honest thoughts. Our team is disappointed to see the low rating and we're sorry that you have a negative impression of us. In regards to the move-out charges, it is customary for us to charge a fee in order to return the apartment to an impeccable move-in-ready condition. Our team had to replace the carpet and this is why you experienced a charge. Please feel free to reach out to our community manager if anything is still unclear via email at manager@thepointwmp.com. We are always looking for ways to improve so we look forward to connecting.

One of the worst apartments I have ever lived. I am consultant and had to move around the states. Point at Perimeter Dunwoody, GA is the worst, lot of Roaches, Poor maintenance. contact number they will put on engage. if you raise maintenance request, they will take their own time to fix... week, 2 weeks .. month no clue. There is no SLA or any closing period of request.. if you ask the office staff, they don't care to answer and will simply say our maintenance staff is busy and will attend when free...... I confidently say that people will stay here b'coz of Austin Elementary school, else no one would enter this community. Lots of complaints...suggest to check around the area there are lot of communities and have peace of mind.

I am a resident of this apartment and for the last three months my dishwasher is not working and they keep closing my maintenance requests without working on it. Once the lease is complete i will not stay in this apartment and will definitely move out. If anyone who wants to move into this apartment and wants my feedback please pm me.

At your earliest convenience if there are any further concerns you wish to address, please contact us directly at (770) 392-9709 or stop by on our office person We look forward to speaking with you. Thank you, The Point at Perimeter
Poor maintenance, undercover parking flood when it rains due to clogged drains. Management raise rent by almost $300 when you renew contract, ridiculous! Plus the mysterious utilities deposit you're invoiced for but was never featured anywhere in their costs breakdown. No one cleans the walkways and stairways always mold and dirt everywhere.
This is not the place to live. They will give the apartment without fixing the previous residents issues. In my apartment dishwasher, washer and AC not working. Water is dripping is boiler room. They is a huge hole in the apartment where mouse can come and go and Patio is not cleaned like so many issues. This is not the place to live. Finally maintenance work will take forever. Worst website it wont show the old aprtment balance rent and they charge you late fee. I want to write so much about this apartment but i do not want to waste my time in writing about this apartment.

I am a kid, so you may not think much of my review but this apartment is the worst. It is filled with roaches everywhere. There is mold everywhere in the bathrooms. At random times, with no warning, the water goes out. TWO HOURS later comes the warning. It takes them 24 hours to fix it. We have a water filter so we had to buy water bottles. Transportation to schools is terrible. The buses stop at the gate. In the morning, we have to WALK all the way down to the gate. Then when we come home, we have to WALK all the way back to our houses. The land is not flat. It is uphill all the way. Other Apartments let the buses come in the gates but this one doesn't. Once, when we went on vacation, we came back to a flooded apartment. We call maintenance and they come 24 hours later! They fix the pipes and put LOUD fans to dry the water. I did not sleep for three days. We turned the fans to Medium and they charged us $200. This water leak has happened 3 times and maintenance comes after a long time. Once, to remove mold on the bathtub we had to wait 3 months. They kept deleting our request saying it was done, but it never was. By the way, all those features that they say they have, you guessed it, THEY'RE LYING. These apartments look as they were made in the 1990s and never remodeled. Don't move here!

We have been living in this apartment for more than 3 years. Initially it was good but ever since the new management has taken over, it has become worse and is getting even worse. The maintenance is pathetic and do not have any idea about maintenance nor the skills to the work done. The rents have been hiked exorbitantly every year and the maintenance guys do not respond and even if they do, they just come abuse and close the tickets without working on it. We have to be reopen tickets and it still does not get addressed. This has been happening for almost everyone in the society and is not an isolated case. The only reason is we are here is due to the schooling in this vicinity, which is good compared to the other areas.
I am staying in this Apartment since last more than two years. Worst management. I am facing issue with my bath tub it was re surfaced in last six months two times but again and again paint is coming out, no one is coming to verify quality of work. Assistant community Director is putting a balm on me only. They are charging too much rent but no facilities. Gym was shut down on May 15 until July 1, 2017 but still closed till today and no communication from management. Swimming Pool was closed on June 15, 2017 until further notice till today(08/17) no communication. No proper play year for kids. Every month they are charging for Pest Controls but Apartment looks like a factory of cockroaches. If you visit leasing office for any concern there are two receptionist one is sitting right hand side another one is sitting on left hand side most of the time they asked to reach out to Assistant community Director or Community Director. Receptionist will ask for your phone number and apartment number and they will be saying that we will call you back once Assistant Director or Director are available at office but I never received a call. Assistant community Director is so rude she does not know how to talk to the Customer so most of the People does not want to talk to her. I am very dis appointed.
Worst apartments & worst management. I am very sure you can live in a place full of cockroaches, mosquitoes & rats, but you can't survive the MANAGEMENT team who suck all your deposit money for no valid reason. They literally rob your money and I bet you will end up writing similar review after staying for one year here. Pirates are better than these people & this review is true from my heart. I got cheated by them & they don't even respond to your mails or calls. Really cheap people.
I have been here for nearly a month and have already had to make over 5 service requests to get my apartment into liveable condition. Bugs are a very common issue, even after having pest control come out and spray. When I moved in there were dead bugs in the fridge and in the kitchen cabinets, there was an awful smell in every cabinet, the fridge and freezer that required large amounts of bleach to get rid of. The buildings are clearly very old and delapdited. This is certainly not a place I would ever recommend to anyone. There are only 2 positive things I can think of about the complex: 1) very conveniently located to everything I need to do 2) the maintenance staff has been very responsive, but at the end of the day there's no way they can really keep up with everything that needs to be done to make this place OK.
I got a chance since the management is bribing people with the minimal $6 starbucks gift card..LOL..not that am going to pick the gift card, but I truly wanted to put forth my experience here. I have been living here for 2 years now, unfortunately I renewed my apartment recently. Boy!!! what a hustle it was. Never thought it is going to be such a painful experience in renewing apartment too. I guess I have to jolt down the experience for the user to better understand. Now about new management over here: I decided to move to a smaller apartment where I could get lesser rent and tried negotiating with these people. One thing I should say about current management - THEY NEVER BOTHER ABOUT THE RESIDENT OVER HERE. They simply are here to make money ( I guess makes sense since the new mgmt spend some millions of dollars to get - am not sure how stuff works here) And to get to new apartment, again routine story to followup many times. And 2nd thing - THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL CALL YOU. BUT NEVER CALL. One saturday I had to go there sit in their office for 2 to 3 hours to search for my options and finalize another apartment (It was my bad that I chose to renew here despite of hearing from others about the problems here. I believe one will only learn when they get the experience personally) Then since the new apartment was not available immediately after my current lease end, based on suggestion of leasing consultant I opted to extend my lease. Third thing - WITHIN OFFICE & LEASING CONSULTANTS THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION. Even after my update to extend the lease for a month - leasing office people daily bothered to come to apartment for inspections thinking it was vacant. Then about the rent part of the extension - boy - the REAL PAIN I had to pay double the rent for just the extension. Fourth thing - THEIR CHARGES ARE TOO HIGH FOR THE SERVICE & AMENITIES Fifth thing - MANAGERS HERE ARE NEVER AVAILABLE TO TALK TO RESIDENTS irrespective of issues ( I learnt this only after going atleast 10 to 15 times leaving my office work to talk to these guys only to find out that I need to take appointment & even after email for appointment request - no response) And about the service management Sixth thing - SERVICE IS NEVER IMMEDIATE TO FIX ISSUES. Need a billion followups to get some thing fixed. I still live in my new apartment with the issues which I identified as soon as I moved. It's been 2 weeks. No response. PS: I rate this apartment 0 with all the issues it has.
Apartments are dirty and management staff are rude. Bugs every where and beware extra utility bills.please pay more other place and libe happily
