Jackie and the staff are amazing. Great place for a family to call home, safe and quiet environment. All amenities are kept up to date and maintained very well. Maintenance staff is friendly and fast to any needs that may come up. It’s a place that I can call home.

Couldn’t have been better. Apartment was beautiful and equipped with everything I needed (and lots of lovely touches / local design). Jane was very helpful and the location was great.
All around this apartment complex is great from the apartment itself to the amenities and on the off chance that you have an issue Jackie does her very best to fix any issue in a timely manner.
This is definitely the best place to live, if you are beginning a new chapter. Place is clean and I like that they have a courtesy officer on site. Office staff is friendly and helpful

aside from the excellent staff this gated community takes pride in caring for their tenants , pet friendly , very clean atmosphere , maintenance dept fix any problems promptly, and is located in a great part of town.. I've personally have never experienced any problems w outrageous partying or kids jus running wild.. with there awesome designated play areas you won't have to worry about ur kiddos / fur babies being bored.. highly recommend point royale

Met nothing but friendly people here and everyone has been so helpful! I searched for so many apartments in Victoria and none of them compare to point royale! The complex is small and very community based which I love! The gardens are well kept and beautiful. I don’t have one complaint about this place!
Very clean and quiet. No problems with the neighbors. No bugs inside at all. No problems with the management and if there's something that needs attention or needs to be fixed, it is done so quickly. The fact that the apartments are set back from the road keep the riff raff away. All around nice apartments
