Property Ratings at Point South and Bridgehollow
The front lady’s are the sweetest and super kind! They are super supportive and helpful! The absolute best service i’ve ever received! I’m so grateful for their help!
The complex is in a very convenient location, with restaurants and stores within the area. The staff and maintenance crew are very proficient and compassionate to assisting you
I’ve been with this complex for roughly around 2-3 years now :) they were my first ever apartment, I moved here for university. Brittnay, Niaya and Desiray have all been welcoming and supportive as well as helpful since day one!! The apartments are cozy and affordable, with close proximity to necessities. I will say that communication is key! All three, Brittnay, Niaya and Desiray are very quick to respond to any issue and are always willing to clarify any problem and questions. I’ve never had any issues with them or the complex :) and maintenance is also very kind and helpful! So I definitely recommend if you’re needing a place that is comfortable, while also needing to be close to the city. I also recommend it to university students :) like myself. So far, I’ve lived in two different units, soon will be a third, which is their studio loft. Each unit did have its needed of fixes, which were met in a timely manner and with care :) I enjoy my time here and the management and maintenance. All very kind and supportive!
The ladies in the leasing office are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is great and easy to work with.
Quiet neighborhood, feels safe. Any maintenance requests in home or around the facility is done quickly and efficiently without issues. The laundry room is clean and the app is nice. the office staff are lovely.
there is never any dirt on the floor, the cleaners always manage to clean everything if there is even a piece of paper on the floor
It has a great location ten minutes drive from anywhere downtown and everywhere I need to go. Things are dealt with quickly and the staff is friendly and helpful I plan on staying here as long as I live in Austin
The apartment complex is good located near H-E-B and near Walmart it very good neighborhood. Very quiet area places. Friendly staff
I have lived here for 10 yrs and I must say it is a great place to live. Never any issues with neighbors. Over the years maintenance team has became friends. Rent is reasonable. Location is great! And as a single girl I have felt safe.
Love they are very responsive when I have questions or for anything if they can’t get to me right then and there they respond as soon as they can
Comodidad, buen precio. Excelente ubicación, ambiente tranquilo y lo mantienen en buenas condiciones
Bridge Hollow apartments are very accommodating and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Units are spacious.
Best bang for the buck for distance to downtown, lady bird lake & the airport.
The staff are great and are always super helpful with any requests. I'm on my second year here and definitely recommend it :)
I ain't got no words to describe how kindness they are , in point south and bridgehollow, the people in the office provide good service, the residences always feel good, because these people are professionals in providing service
Peaceful living AND the best staff and property manager. Helpful, responsive, and kind. Great experience!
Over 9 yrs living here it's been a good place to live. It's a safe place.
Much like frosted Flakes, living here isn't just good, it's great. The staff is friendly and the neighbors mind their own business (as they should). Spacious rooms and closets. Plus it has charm and character bc it doesn't look like the ugly, modern contemporary, box looking, sardine space, beige/white awful looking apartments. My only complaint is that there is no free laundry.
It's nice and peaceful. Management is always helpful. I love my apartment. Met some nice neighbors.
I’ve had a very good experience here. It’s super well located and the people are friendly.
Perfect location to be in Austin, the staff & maintenance are so helpful.
Moving into my apartment a few months ago. Haven't had any issues with management. Maintenance handles requests quickly and efficiently. Would recommend living here.
The office personnel are friendly, professional, and are very helpful. Both complexes are well kept and maintenance handle issues very quickly.
Good location and speedy responsive maintenance. Great if on a budget. Highly recommended. Kind and courteous management as well.
When I first moved in I had many issues with the ladies in the leasing office. They kept giving me different prices and made many clerical errors. After I moved in things were a bit better. My apartment is nice and so is the complex all around. I did notice that sometimes the pool in the back is neglected while the pool in front of the leasing office is usually clean. Also, the entrance gate gives me a lot of issues. Sometimes when people visit me the gate will go straight to voicemail and I can’t let them in. Other than that it’s a fine complex. Not great but not horrible.
It’s a nice area to live in very quiet office staff is very friendly and super sweet and they really take care of you when needed maintenance takes care of issue right away have been here for many years and still here so definitely amazing thanks for all u guys do..
If you like cockroaches, cold showers, and a lack of preventative maintenance resulting in several water leaks a year, destroying your own property, then this place is for you! Also if you complain about anything the employees here are programed to blame other people for their problems. So, I wouldn't bother.
This apartment is infested, they refuse to own the fact that it’s an uninhabitable living situation and the only thing they’ve done is offer to transfer me. Therefore I can only imagine them not being transparent and communicative about the next person that moves in stating that they “didn’t know” there was a serious pest problem. (German roach infestation) I had a friend come and look at it who works for an organic pest control company here in Austin and he said it’s the worst he’s EVER seen. I also dealt with a peeping Tom for a year and still they didn’t install any security cameras, no night lights for the parking lot and to top it off I just transferred to a new unit (the infested unit) less than a month ago.. a friend parked his scooter there no less than 10 hours and it was stolen. To say the least I would not consider paying money to live on this property.
maintenance guys never fully resolved broken A/C and mgmt refused to help me with the insanely high utility bills (yes plural); pool was unusually warm in the summer and so much chlorine that I thought my eyes would burn out; dead rats coming out of walls; my neighbors' rent was nearly half of mine (saw the late rent notice after they fled in the night) and mgmt refused to acknowledge this discrepancy, basically calling me a liar; a maintenance man and housekeeping woman tried to enter my place without notice - no apology and mgmt said they returned my calls but never did. SOOOOOOOO many issues! But mostly, way too pricey for the area and lack of services.
Worst craphole apartments in Austin management and owner not any better was very unhappy and sorry I ever signed the lease should have investigated it further the place is falling apart like I said a crap hole. the owners should be sued and put in jail for what they allowed to take place at these apartments but hey they don't care they got theirs.
They make you pay ridiculously high prices to have your dog live there, and then they don’t have dog stations anywhere to pick up their poop, and then they literally get mad when you leave poop behind, like dude? How about you put up some pet stations and then we can talk about it being dirty. The ones they do have are in the parking lot and empty, which is ridiculous, how do you want pet owners to walk across the parking lot with their dog and then see there’s no dog bags? They don’t allow dogs off leash which is also ridiculous, some dogs are trained perfectly to be off leash and it’s stupid to not allow that. What are they gonna do? Run around and exercise? Oh no. They threaten to trap your dog and give them away if they’re off leash, which is completely absurd. If you’re going to make your residents pay this insane amount to even have a pet, have a little decency and set up pet stations, then you’ll have a clean property and happy residents.
It's fine there's many things not like a good look for apt but it's big it should be replace Thank you
