Property Ratings at Pointe at Lake CrabTree
The apartment is pretty nice and a good value for the location.

Thanks so much! We couldn't agree more with your rosy assessment of Pointe at Lake Crabtree, nor could we feel any luckier to call you a resident!
I love this quiet, community. The staff is nice, the neighbors are courtesy and there's a mixture of ages and races. The maintenance team is SUPERB! However, the paint job done in the apartment is lousy and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. For the amount paid in rent every month I expect much better. I have paint that's been dripped on my floor, on the flat white paint has leaked until the gray walls, or there's dried paint drippings on my doors. As I live more in more in my apartment I notice more and more paint issues. So many I haven't shared with Leasing because they would practically have to repaint majority of my apartment. Not sure I will stay another lease just based off the paint job.
Really happy that I chose to live at this apartment complex! The front office is full of nice and very helpful staff.

I've been here for about a month now. It's been wonderful so far. Starting from the leasing process to the help extended when I moved into the apartment and finally the day to day experience here is quite awesome. I must mention Abriel here. She is always willing to help whenever needed. If you are considering this apartment here - you cannot go wrong. The apartment itself is quite new and very well designed. The only thing I would ask of the management is Charging stations for EVs. They seem to have one, but, that's within a garage.

Hi, thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to the team here at Bainbridge Lake Crabtree! We are sorry we do not have more than one of the charging stations. We have added to this our list of items requested by residents and will review for future projects.
Just been here for a couple of weeks but love my apartment and the community. Club house, Gym and view from my balcony are my favorites. Management staff is awesome. Abriel is the best ! She made everything starting with apartment tours to move in process seam less for me. Susan and Vivian were also very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The community is 3 miles away from Park West Village shopping mall which has Stone theaters, Earth fare, Buffalo wild wings, Orange theory fitness, Target etc. If you love to run, bike or take a walk this community is a good choice as Crabtree trail is just adjacent. Overall, I’m happy I chose Bainbridge at Lake Crabtree as my home and would definitely recommend it to friends looking for an apartment in the area.

Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Bainbridge Lake Crabtree.
I had the most amazing experience with Susan! They were incredible and extremely helpful during my visit. The property is absolutely exquisite and it has been great living here. They showed me around to several apartments and suggested apartments that best suits my needs. In the end, I had to sign that lease and have embarked on a better life at Bainbridge!
I’ve lived in the area for a while and have lived downtown at these so called luxury apartments but they only look nice and don’t have adequate management or maintenance to match the quality you’d expect in more expensive apartment homes. Pam and her staff have exceeded my expectations in the three months that I have spent here at this property and am very happy with everything so far!
Staff: Pam, Christian, Lane, Brittany, Ariana, Randy & Tim have been the most welcoming, genuine, accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to engage with. I’ve moved a significant amount in my years and these folks without a doubt raise the bar for others in their field. Culture: Everyone that lives here is so nice, friendly, and engaging. I’ve had neighbors hold doors for me, help me move boxes when I was moving, and even be concerned if they were making too much noise! This is rare for an apartment complex, and speaks volumes to the community that the staff and those who live here actively work at each and every day. This doesn’t feel like an apartment complex, it feels like a home. Apartments: The apartments are first class luxury. Everything about them, down to the tiniest detail, has been thought out, and offers a living experience second to none in the area (the bathrooms are jaw dropping!). I come from Florida where there are amazing apartments, and these beat them. The pool is a south beach style and is spaced to engage the maximum amount of sun throughout the day. The clubhouse has free Starbucks coffee ground up the moment you order it. The gym has full size Olympic barbells, and all the equipment you need for an amazing workout. Lastly, the parking is such that there’s always a spot close to an elevator and door. Summary: If you’re looking for the best, first class living that RTP has to offer, look no further. You will be amazed, and very happy you stopped by.
I want to say that it is nice living here, however, There are some areas of concern for me. One of the biggest is how we are supposed to be a no smoking community, but I constantly see the Maintenance Supervisor Randy getting out of his car smoking. I've also seen him around the back side smoking etc while riding around on his segway. Do the same rules not apply to the workers here? Also, I've heard multiple residents complain about work order taking for ever. This isn't a shocker to me as the maintenance always seems to only move fast when they are cruising on there segways. I still give a 5 star review, but maintenance gets a 1 star. Just my honest opinion.
