Thos is a very nice apartment complex. It is quiet and safe. Maintenance is very reliable and keep the propety clean. Everything is in good condition. The location is excellent. It is close to major freeways as well as the Metro Park and Ride. There are several stores and amenities near. Finally it is a very affordable place to live.

The staff is awesome. Maria and Brenda are the most helpful I've ever met. There is always parking available. The area is very nice, calm, and safe. I had no problems with payment and no pest issues. This place rocks! I actually forgot to turn in my notice to move out, and they let me stay a few extra days (with payment of course) and they were so kind and nice about it. If I could give them a tip, I SURELY WOULD! Keep doing what you're doing. The neighbors are very social and cordial; no problems there. The pool is always clean. GREAT PLACE TO STAY! 10 STARS ON MY BEHALF!

Great apartments complex!! all staff is excellent and nice to everyone!! so nice and great on keeping residents happy would totally recommend to anyone
What I like about this property is how quiet it is and everyone is super friendly the staff are amazing!!!! Usually at apartments complex at least one staff is rude no they are all EXTREMELY COOL!! they always keep you updated and they are always willing to answer any questions I’ve lived here for three years any time I ever had a problem they fixed it immediately maintenance are always on it I don’t have to wait an hour or two and if I do they call and explain for the delay and the pools are amazing they are always cleaned the grounds always look well kept and did I mention SO QUIET!!! I love living here and I’ve been in Houston for 5years and these apartments are by far my favorite ??

I’ve been here for about 1 a year 1/2 so far so good. Responds to maintenance issues really quickly. Never had a bad issue. But they do seem to have a lot of issues with the water pipes. Seem like every other week they have to shut off water for a few hours. In order to fix it. My apartment was renovated so it’s very up to date for the price. I’m just in need of more space .

I moved in over the Memorial Day weekend and I have been nothing but pleased with my decision to move to the Pointe @ Steeplechase. From the moment that I met Elvia and she showed me the model unit everything has been such a wonderful renting experience. Jackie and Brenda in the office are so pleasant to deal with, and they take care of requests quickly and with a smile. The tenant portal is easy to use and there is a maintenance "text" option to submit requests quickly. The property is pet friendly and the tenants are easygoing and very quiet. Finding somewhere for your visitors to park on the weekend is quite the challenge. There could definitely be more visitor parking, but I couldn't have found a better area to rent. :)
moving in here was the best thing, the neighbor hood is very good, every thing is close by, we had our problems like parking, but they are currently remodeling the apartments and it has gotten better, the pool are clean and they had just purchased new furniture for it, when we have a problem, like a broken fan, or a leaky sink, they do not take long to fix it. so far they have been good with us and im planning to stay a bit longer
I've lived here three years and I'm happy. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Not expensive, maintenance comes out in decent time and does a good job, I've never had an issue with rodents or roaches, never had to deal with crime, pet friendly. Cons: Not enough parking but reserved spots are available for an extra fee, buildings are old, pools aren't always open. If you have young kids, there isn't a play area nor a park nearby. If you're on a budget I would recommend moving here.
In search for my new apartment home. I found the staff at Pointe at Steeplechase to be very helpful and friendly! The property is clean and out of all the properties I have been to this is by far the best one! When my lease is up I am 100% sur of where I will be going......
it is really unfortunate to have the worst customer service at this complex. The staff is unprofessional including the manager. There is no respect for privacy, time, and customer service.
