With a diverse population and a mix of residential and commercial areas, as well as a large golf course and municipal airport, Greater Salinas supports numerous lifestyles. Set around the small Californian city of Salinas, with rural agricultural areas stretching east and south from the airport, the neighborhood combines urban grit with a small-town feel.
As with many areas of Salinas, the agricultural business plays a major role as an employer in the area. Downtown Salinas lies at the heart of the region, and just five miles from the outer reaches of the area. Within Greater Salinas you’ll find the municipal airport, and a collection of shops, restaurants, neighborhoods, and more.

Property Ratings at Pointe at Westlake
Horrible and disgusting over priced apartments. Don't rent here.

Hello, We're really sorry to hear about this; our team is dedicated to addressing your concerns. Thank you for providing your feedback. Kind Regards, Madison WeCare@udr.com
The apartment was never clean. Security was never there. There was a revolving door of homeless that would break in and sleep in the stairwell and management wouldn't do anything about it. They wont allow you to speak to them on the phone only thru text and email. Worst place I've ever rented from.

It's quiet here and that's a plus. I live in building F where we don't even have a mailbox to use. The parking sucks, don't pay for a space because you won't get it. It's all about the $ when it comes to parking. Security rides through once in awhile. We'll see what becomes of the pool this summer it's being re-sealed I hope. Living next to an active lettuce farm doesn't help either, your car gets all the dust that blows off the field. Few more months and I'm out of this lease. I'd rather spend a little more and get more. Make sure you've got a on-site mailbox, and you look at the parking spot they'll charge you for before you sign.
