This place is nice, expensive but nice. I love all the upgraded appliances, and upgraded look to the place. It’s a quiet place for the most part sometimes you can hear the highway but not all the time. Parking is a big pain at night though.

Calm quiet community, reasonably located by schools, grocery stores and shopping outlets. used to be concerned about the traffic, but there’s so many different little shortcuts that I’ve learned since being here that make it easy to move around the apartments are spacious, luxurious, and stylish. and maintenance is always there for you with a smile. Leasing office is very open informative and welcoming. Love it here and I’m glad I made the decision to come here.

Still No pool after 6 months of living here. They charge you $50 convenience fee to pay rent online. Walls are so thin you can hear each others garbage disposals. The children play in the dog park. No mail key. There’s a mail room but we’re not allowed to use it, have to pick up mail in leasing office only during business hours. But it’s close to Homegoods! Parking lot is always full good luck parking anywhere near your apartment. Humidity in the apartment is terrible, your things will get moldy. This place could do better.

I’ve had no issues so far and genuinely enjoy living here. The location is fantastic. Being right next to the theater adds the occasional noise that can be a downside, but it’s not too bad overall. A great place to live!

I think it's a great apartment, I like that it has appliances such as the washing machine and dryer. I also like the gym part, it's clean at all times

Slow Responses and deceitful during application process. That aside seems like a decent place to live so far. Staff has poor knowledge of the products they sell (internet). Junk fees are high.

I moved in when they first opened and it’s been such a good experience. The maintenance always responds in such a timely manner and the office is amazing at addressing any concerns and always happy to help. They also have no breed and weight restrictions which sets them apart from a lot of the communities in the area. 10/10 recommend!

I enjoy living here in this new community. The staff are friendly and helpful. The post office doesn't deliver packages to our door and does not leave them in the office. That really is a complaint of the USPS. I only wish the pool was finished so we can enjoy it during the summer.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. The parking is ample. And the complex is very well kept. Also I have only had a couple interactions with the staff, and I found them to very very courteous and go out of their way to make the moving experience as easy as it moving could.

So helpful, and so accommodating. Love everyone in the front office!! I highly recommend to anyone looking in the area. Not to mention you are walking distance to shops, restaurants and the movies.

Everyone was very friendly, professional, and Helpful. The move-in process was very smooth. The commune is very nice. It has nice amenities that could benefit many different families. I love that it’s pet friendly

We had some issues with our a/c and utilities when first moving in, but the leasing office is very responsive and the community is beautiful. Looking forward to when the amenities are open.

Issues with initial move-in. Leasing office was very communicative throughout the whole process and we were relocated into to apartment seamlessly.

The apt staff is great. Friendly and helpful. Our apt is very nice, the only complaint I have is that the construction crew that worked on our place was messy and didn't clean up after themselves. They left paint smears on our faucet, dried floor adhesive dribbled in places throughout the place, and didn't screw the cabinets in right so they don't close properly. In our guest bathroom the shower was covered in dry grout dusk from not being cleaned after they put the tile in. As I said the place is beautiful and we love the large island in the kitchen as well as all the appliances. It has nice high ceilings and a neutral gray on the walls with white trim and crown molding. It's very pretty but the construction crew needs to be held to a higher standard of cleanliness for the price of the apt. The adhesive and smears on the floor will not come up. The bummer is that the worst of it is right in our hallway and is very noticeable. Putting in a service request. Will update ??
