It’s very nice, I like the amenities but parking is terrible. I feel like we all are fighting for parking spots because there’s not enough, people from other units are at our lot or some nights me and others have to park on the side of the road or at the office and risking being towed when it’s not our fault there’s limited space due to the apartments rules/layout.

The look is nice but the apartments are cheaply made. All of my belonging were ruined from mold and mildew. Maintenance been up here to “fix” it 4 times within the year. Humidity level is 75%!

It definitely could be better. We really loved it when we moved in, but the experience has changed over the first year. The events have dwindled off to being nonexistanr, the cost is definitely over the top for what you get monthly in terms of amenities (pool only open until 8, gym not furnished well), and the front office is not helpful upon interactions with them. There are constantly residents from the other complex coming in and using amenities too, which doesn't seem to be enforced. The only emails we get are negative from the office. It's just really frustrating.

Andrew and the maintenance team are great! We’ve rarely had any issues but when we do it’s addressed within hours which awesome. Landscaping is also always kept up and clean!

Gym is great. Maintenance people are always nice. Pool is always dirty. Refrigerators at the pool are not cold on the inside. Apartments are nice on the inside, but the Internet is absolutely horrific. I lived here a month and a half now, and probably have only had Internet maybe five of those days. Cox is way better. Just another way for pointe grand to charge us cox cable prices and use a cheap internet provider to pocket the rest of the money.
