The agents have all been very helpful in helping me settle in. I’m 70 and have never rented before in my life. I really appreciate all their help.
We’ve been here 3 months now and hands down this is the best complex I’ve ever lived in and I’ve moved around quite a bit! The front staff is so amazing and helpful with everything. The maintenance guys were amazing and quick to help especially after Milton. Our neighbors are friendly and so kind. It has been a wonderful experience and the location of course is perfect.

Excellent place to live. Very clean, safe, and affordable. The staff is great as well. Very close to everything. Including the ocean. 10-15 minute ride. Plus if you have a Pet, there are dog beaches too. Excellent location.

I had a great experience from day 1 when I came for the Tour. After that everything was so easy. And on my first day here Maintenance was AMAZING they mounted my TV to the wall for me and so helpful. Everyone is super nice friendly I absolutely love it

Very friendly, maintenance is very professional and helpful. Staff always has a smile on their faces.. the community is well looked after. I took one star off due to residents ignoring the signs by the trash and leaving mattresses and furniture by the dumpster.

When it comes to service, the maintenance staff is absolutely on point. The property is beautiful and the peace and quiet is a perfect to come home to. FYI... if you have a pet... the "Pet Spa" is another huge bonus. I couldn't be happier with Brenda and the Property Management team.

Move in process was so easy!!! We have loved our first couple weeks. Our cats love the big windows and the spacious kitchen is amazing for me. I will say tho there isn’t a lot of storage.

I love my apartment, atmosphere and neighbors. Everyone is friendly and courteous. The pool is wonderful, always perfect temp. canopies and fridges really add to the fun. Any issues are quickly resolved. The coffee in the office is delicious and the staff are always kind and friendly.

Complex is fairly quiet, overall beautifully done. Very spacious, just some minor clean up could have been done before we moved in but we had a very quick turnaround to get in by.

I love it here, I feel very happy knowing that Pointe Grand is my 'first official home' after moving out of my parents home. I love the community here, it's VERY clean, and they genuinely care about their residents here. I've been here 5 months already and the only issue id say is the parking. It isn't the worst, but I'd assume the visitors without stickers would kindly park in the front or back so the residents who work daily and bust their butts could get to their homes easier, but other than that, everything is genuinely great!

Move in was easy,complex is beautiful, Brenda make the move in easy and she’s very helpful. All the amenities are great. My kids love the pool area with the cabanas. The pet spa is one of my favorites.

Although we are not in residence 24/7, we feel completely at ease leaving the apartment for long periods of time. The reason? That's easy! The front office is always ready to assist us in any way with prompt attention to our questions and needs. And, the emails which keep us updated allow us to know the daily comings and goings in the complex. Great personnel and great community!

The ladies in the office made our move very smooth which we loved. They are friendly and helpful. Moving my fiancé from another state, we thought it would have been harder but it was very easy.

This place is amazing! Just moved in with my young son and he loves the pool area so much. It's always clean and there's plenty of space for relaxing and BBQS

So far Pointe Grand Palm Coast Apt have been great! The move in experience was super easy. The PM and front desk were always very nice and reasonable with all of my questions and concerns prior to move in. The apartments are well kept, clean and cute inside! I think I’ll love it here for sure.

Just getting started moving in, but the place is quite nice. The interior is cute and full of potential, which I am taking full advantage of. The complex is quiet which is nice as well.

Excellent Customer Service great looking community. Easy and fast process. Brenda was awesome and guided me throughout the process. My apartment was located in a nice area next to my garage.

Friendly staff and great apartments! I love that the wall texture is smooth and not orange peel like most places, the lighting is warm, finishes are modern, and the craftsmanship is good quality. I was worried when I realized there was no pantry but the amount of cabinets easily made up for it. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend.

Ever since we arrived here at Pointe Grand it has been wonderful!! It’s been quite peaceful and just down right pleasant!! We love it here you just wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! And on top of that it is very clean here management does a wonderful job of that . So we are this best place to live forget the rest!!!?? loving it.
