The apartments are nice and well taken care of, we’ve had no issues with mold or bugs. It offer great add ons but most of the time they are not met to the posted standard.

The staff are very helpful and nice! The apartments themselves are very nice and the best prices I could find. The community is great and very pet friendly. The pluses in the community here include the pool, gym, pet spa, et park, sidewalks everywhere, and pet waste stations everywhere too!

When I first moved in, I was disappointed by the lack of upkeep of my apartment and the overall building. Since then, I have communicated with the office staff, and things have turned around completely. They have swept and fumigated the hallways and surrounding outdoor areas. They have fumigated my apartment and replaced my washer/dryer as soon as I put in the maintenance requests. The office staff are also very kind and work with you to solve any concerns. I'm so glad I made the move and have made this community my home.

It's pretty good living here for the most part, however the corridors/stairways are pretty dirty and not kept up well for bugs. There also tends to be a good bit of dog poo not picked up in the landscape.

The unit is very nice and amenities are great. However, the response to questions and complaints could be a lot better. I have emailed about noise issues in building 8 many times, and there is still an issue. I don't need to hear bass from TV or music at 11pm, 12am or even 1am when I have to wake up at 5am. There are times on the weekends we hear at 6am. This is completely unacceptable. I understand we live in communal housing, but that is rude and inconsiderate to the other residents. Additionally, the dog stations need to be emptied more often than they are. The smell can be unbearable.

These apartments are reasonably priced and have a great floor plan. The staff is helpful and friendly with anything you need help with. Only real downside is that it's a bit of a drive to go anywhere.

I am loving my stay here. The property is beautiful. The office team is also very helped and amazing. My favorite part of the property would have to be the pool. I love the cabanas and how they have mini fridges.

The ladies in the office they are awesome and we got move in real fast. They are great. And when we moved in and something was wrong. They put a maintenance request in, and it came up by the side of the problem.

The complex is clean and well-organized, and the operating system itself is online, so it is very convenient. The location is quiet and the surrounding natural environment is good. I think the monthly payment is reasonable.

Everything has been great so far! I moved in a month ago, the only negative thing I can say is that the power went out a few times when a bad storm rolled through. Other than that, very clean facilities and a friendly neighborhood.

It’s a really beautiful, quiet community. They are very pet friendly, and supportive here at Pointe Grand. The pool has been nice to use, it’s so fresh and well kept. All of my (few) maintenance issues have been addressed very quickly! And the office ladies are friendly and always so helpful .

We have the best community here at Point Grand Pendergrass. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is quick to solve any issues we have had. The property grounds are clean and well maintained. The amenities are wonderful. We love the pool and the private cabanas with individual refrigerators makes relaxing by the pool a great experience. We especially love the pet spa for bathing our fur baby. We are so pleased with this community and recommend it to everyone we know who may be in the market for a new apartment.

Honestly it's been pretty good.The property staff have been nothing but helpful whenever an issue has arisen, which is very few. Abd living here has been great. All the families and people moving in have been pleasant and friendly and I look forward to living her a good few more years at least.

Estoy enamorada de mi apartamento, tal como lo soñé, con la mejor ubicación. Amando el balcón para sentarme por las tardes en el atardecer. Los he recomendado demasiado para que toda mi familia y amigos se muden a este hermoso complet Ansiosa con que abran la piscina para poder disfrutas con mi familia de ese hermoso lugar El parque y el spa de perro lo estoy amando demasiado mi perrita es feliz cada vez que está allí Y ni hablar del gym una cosa hermosa.
