From the moment we moved in, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. While the staff initially came across as friendly, their unprofessionalism quickly became apparent. Here are some of the major issues we’ve encountered: 1. Invasive and Unprofessional Staff: Maintenance personnel are not only intrusive but often seem more interested in residents’ personal lives than in performing their duties. One maintenance worker regularly smokes on the property, which is both unprofessional and disturbing to residents who expect a clean, smoke-free environment. 2. The walls are paper-thin, allowing every sound to travel between units. You can hear everything from daily activities to personal conversations—and even intimate moments—from your neighbors. It’s uncomfortable and makes the living experience feel invasive. 3. Requests for repairs are ignored or inconsistently addressed. Issues are either left unresolved or prioritized based on staff’s personal preferences rather than urgency. The garbage receptacles are often overflowing, with trash scattered around, creating an unsanitary environment. Additionally, there’s a constant presence of animal waste on the grounds, showing a lack of regular upkeep. 4. The office staff rarely has answers to questions, and responses are typically, “Let me check with management.” Getting any kind of follow-up requires multiple trips to the office since phone calls go unanswered more often than not. 5. The internet provided as part of the “tech package” is frequently down, and residents have no option to choose an alternate provider. The complex’s lock on internet service is restrictive, forcing residents to pay for unreliable connectivity that isn’t worth the cost. 6. Questionable Value for the Price: The apartments are poorly designed with cramped tubs and minimal storage, making the space feel inadequate. The cost simply doesn’t align with the subpar living experience, and the lack of responsiveness from management makes it worse. Additionally, they don’t honor advertised “specials” or discounts, further adding to the disappointment. 7. Air Quality Concerns: If your neighbor smokes, expect the smell to permeate your apartment. The lack of ventilation and adequate separation between units makes it impossible to avoid second-hand smoke, creating an unhealthy environment for non-smokers. If you value professionalism, privacy, cleanliness, and a responsive management team, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

1. The walls are super thin, I can even hear my neighbors alarm in the mornings and all their conversations. 2. The gym is so empty and small. 3. They use a mandatory internet provider called Velofi which costs $115 and it's not the best one. I wish we could get our own internet, t-mobile, at&t or xfinity are way way cheaper than this and more reliable. 4. Kitchen doesn't has enough cabinets. 5. Closets are very small, you'll need to buy extra storage for your clothes.

The internet has been the worse. I work from home now and it gives me the blues. The trash not the best looking at times. Otherwise it’s not so bad since I just stay to myself.

The apartments are ok. Not everyone cleans up after their animals and there isn't much closet space. Other than the trash overflowing periodically, it's not a "bad" place to live and is pretty safe. It definitely served its purpose. Be sure to read all of the fine print before signing the lease.

My experience with this apartment has been a blend of positives and negatives. The space and design are appealing, providing a good amount of room and a nice layout. However, the unit was not thoroughly cleaned when we moved in. We’ve encountered issues with roaches in the kitchen and dishwasher, along with a significant number of spiders. The thin walls are another problem; noise from the neighbors above is very disruptive. The stacked washer and dryer, while convenient, leave lint on clothes, which has already damaged several of mine. There’s also a leak in the hallway bathroom that's causing water bubbles on the wall. Additionally, the bedroom remains uncomfortably hot for some reason. Despite the attractive design and ample space, the cleanliness and maintenance problems have impacted our overall satisfaction with the apartment. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future residents.

The Wi-Fi barely works and the trash people get the trash when they want to and the pool is not even open everyday like advertisements said.

It’s been okay living here, but I don’t get the most out of everything for what I pay each month I’m definitely leaving after the lease is up, but overall it’s not too bad of a place to stay in, everyone experiences are different.

Currently enjoying our apartment. It’s very peaceful on this side and I really appreciate the front office for all their help with anything that we need. They’re very attentive to the residents and the amenities are lovely.

So far my wife and I love the community! It’s quiet and ready for us to get a dog to add to the family. I would recommend pointe grand Southlake for anyone that is looking for great place to stay.

Great place to stay! The staff is very friendly and nice. They keep the premises clean and up. The dog park is pretty well taken care of great place for my dog to play.

We've only been here 1 week but the community is quiet, clean and inviting. So far we are very pleased only thing the closet is small no walk ins.

it was an easy move in, the staff was really friendly, helpful, responsive. the neighborhood is clean and relatively quiet and close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

Good things nice neighbors not loud and hanging out around car areas. Close to lots of everything airport food movies shopping different options of food and groceries shopping. Apartment very clean they don’t rush to give you the apartment if you don’t like the way something was finished they fix it. Bad things its not the exact look of the model home not far off frfr. Was advised not to use both washer and dryer at the same time, but he said they work better running separately. Walls are a little thin aging its not loud and rowdy. I never thought of this apartment being the perfect place to live with nothing wrong. The little things that are bad isn’t bad enough to make me want to run. I give it a 5 because it looks like they put their best foot forward to keep this place nice.

Too much dog poop, cigarettes on the ground, dogs unleashed, and Turo car business being ran out of the 2000 building,and last Saturday night a shooting on the premises.

The apartment is good, AC and all electronics work fine, no problem. Maintenance team is very good, they are always helping and solving issues very fast. Management is good too, they listen to you and they try to help solve problems. The community is OK, sometimes you'll see trash accumulated but that is normal in every apartment complex so no big deal. Cons: Walls are very thin and you can listen perfectly every word your neighbors are saying, and of course you hear when they are in the bathroom, having sex, etc. People that lives there doesn't respect the noise volume and other people's sleep schedule. If you are looking for a community close to stores, movies, gym and restaurants, this is perfect. If you prefer a quiet community I would suggest to move to a different county or area. In my opinion price is expensive to what they offer.

So far so good. Loving the amenities and peaceful neighborhood. The gym is accessible to residents 24hrs a day and the pool is a catch as well. Also loving the free WiFi! Would recommend these apartment homes for sure.

Very nice very easy process, I want to particularly thank Ms. Kiser here for making this a wonderful experience. She was amazing the apartment is spacious, modern the amenities are nice, also the 24 hour gym is convenient for working people.Overall this is a very gorgeous facility.

My resident experience here has been great so far, the maintenance team is very quick when I request help, the courtesy officers are very attentive, the community is well kept, and the resident portal is very easy to maneuver through.
