I love that the community is dog friendly with no breed restrictions and the maintenance staff is always quick and efficient! I had a problem with my washer and dryer and they replaced them so I didn’t have to wait for a part to come in the mail.

This place sucks, used to be a good places to live but I wouldn’t recommend moving here. Too many issues between parking, maintenance and the front office personnel.

So far, I'm really enjoying this new apartment! My sister and I moved here from Norcross in Gwinnett county. While this one costs us a bit more, the extra amenities and the overall living space makes it so much more worth it!

The apartments are quite modern compared to others in the city. The facilities are amazing and due to everything being new, even the electric bill is lower compared to other localities. Just that there isn't a 24/7 live person for emergencies. You have to leave a voicemail during after-hours and when the person sees it then they call you back. That seems a bit dangerous is cases of emergency. Also the service is slow. I had a faucet replacement service for my bathroom and it took them 2 months to get it repaired.

I was very impressed with the apartment complex and found the units to be beautifully designed. However, we have decided not to move forward with renting here due to concerns about the transparency of the pricing. The website listed price was not clear as an additional $190 per month “Tech Package” fee was not included in that price. The tech package items were described as “non-optional” and “included in every unit,” which made the additional cost feel misleading. I recommend that management review their advertising practices to ensure greater transparency for future prospective renters.

i mean the apartments are okay . i’ve recently moved in but i don’t see why it’s so much money .It’s honestly not worth it . My main bummers are that there’s no closet space/ extra storage space . Also we were deceived about the size of the rooms . We toured a bigger apartment than the one we received which is misleading . Maintenance men are also rude , but that’s okay . They probably just hate their jobs . The pool is nice though .

Everything good except the parking, there’s not enough parking spaces in the front of the 8000 building. Other than that everything is good.

Nice apartments but parking is horrendous. Also, trash gates lick you in if you’re closing it from the inside so not easy to get trash inside. People dont pick up dog poop and it’s not enforced really.

The model apartment is really nice, well build. But the other buildings seem to be rushed. There are random low and high spots in the floors throughout my unit. I was the first person to move into my unit and there was paint on the counter tops, faucets, outlet cover, and the tiles in the showers. The walls are really thin to the point where you can hear your neighbors conversation from time to time. The some of the current tenants leave trash and debris in the parking lot or breezeways, but the maintenance team does an excellent job at keeping it clean when they are making their rounds. The leasing office personnel are extremely friendly and helpful, honestly one of the best places I’ve lived at as far as management and maintenance are concerned. Over all it’s been a decent experience living here but it does have some minor flaws.

We just moved into this apartment a couple weeks ago and the process was good. Except when we tried to get mail keys and key fobs to access the amenities. They want us to pay extra for key fobs and mail keys for me and my roommate even though we rented a 2 bedroom and paid two separate application fees. All the other apartments in the area like Hawthorne give a separate set of keys for each person on the lease.

Move in was OKAY, the apartment was clean even though I was told I was the first to move into the apartment the kitchen appliances looked used. I do not like that you can’t have an apartment door key, however before signing the lease I was told I could ask for one.It is one car per household. Overall the community is very nice, I haven’t had any problems thus far.

The people at the leading office are extremely nice and helpful. With a new building there is going to be some kinks, had a couple maintenance issues, but still overall good place to live

great community if you have dogs, there are 2 dog parks and pet stations all around the complex. very nice pool area with cabanas and good internet included in the units

The complex looks wonderful and it’s very well kept without a shout of a doubt. However, being the first and only person in the unit there are a few structural issues that I’m starting to see as time goes on. Simple things such as the cement between the tiles in the showers are starting to come off, the handles on the doors ( inside the apartment) don’t align with the latch on the door frame causing them not to close and lock properly. The clear coating on the floors are staring to flack .The walls are very very thin and The parking lot gets very congested at times leaving no other option but to park at other buildings. Other then that it’s not to bad.

The move in process was very easy. I had a leak and maintenance was quick to get it taken care of! Very friendly staff and nice amenities as well.
