Pointe Niguel Apartments

Nice floorplans, but living room needs an extra window. It is too dark and towing is aggressively enforced which is a huge drawback that there are no guests spots or open parking.

Beautiful apartments in a safe neighborhood! I had dreamed of living here for years and am so grateful to have finally made it a reality for my family.

Its a beautiful home in a great area. We have great a great community.

So far I am loving the complex. People are friendly staff is on top of anything that needs to be done. Very happy thus far.

We have lived at Pointe Niguel for over 25 years. The community and facility is far better than any other facility in the area. The grounds are kept up very well. One truly gets the feeling that this is Home. Not your typical apartment complex community.

Pointe Niguel has been my home for nearly 6 years & have loved my time living here.

We are very happy living at Pointe Niguel. The townhouse has been recently updated and perfect for what we need. The office staff, and maintenance crew, are easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It's a great dog friendly complex with plenty of green grass and pet stations. The complex is nicely landscaped, and it has a lot of big trees. Quiet, comfortable place!

The maintenance and leasing experience is truly first class! I enjoy living here due to the Staff that makes me safe.

It is a quiet, friendly community. Residents are friendly and happy. Leasing staff is acomodating with your requests, maintenance is efficient, quick at addresding problems, friendly. Over all it is a great community for being in a large compkex. It is a great place to live. It is not a community that has unhappy residents it is well kep and clean attracting a much happier set of residents. The pools are well msintained and clean. Its a great place to live. I recommend it to friends.

It is an excellent, safe community in a beautiful neighborhood. More than adequate parking, it exudes a feeling of spaciousness with a great location close to shopping, entertainment and all amenities.

Pointe Niguel provides an excellent living environment, Seems more like a Town Home community than an apartment complex. Staff is friendly and attentive to all of your needs. Maintenance employees are very friendly and extremely quick to respond. Units are large and well appointed with great outdoor spaces. I highly recommend Pointe Niguel to anyone looking for their next residence.

Pointe Niguel is well maintained and a good community to live in. Apartments are modern and have lots of amenities and are very spacious. Location is good and parking is good as well. Office staff is courteous, caring and responsive. Maintenance staff is responsive and always takes care of issues. I highly recommend living here and is a good value for the money. I've lived here 5 and a half years.

Pointe Niguel has been my home for many years and the community is great. The grounds and facilities are outstanding and enjoyable. My apartment was remodelled a year ago and is modern, clean and has all the appliances including W/D for my convenience. Great one-bedroom apartment.

After 18 months of living in this community, once I parked my car in open area parking and I forgot to put my parking sign on it. Without any notice they towed my car and cost me about $300! They had my car number in their files and had seen it there every night for more than 18 months!

If you are looking for a great apartment community with all the amenities you could want, Pointe Niguel is highly recommended. I have lived here for 13 years and have no complaints, only kudos for the living space, the surroundings, the management and maintenance teams.

If you want the feeling of coming home at the end of the day, Point Niguel is the place you want to live and enjoy!

A well kept community that is quiet and has a cozy feel to it. Highly upgraded townhouse style apartments with GREAT floor plans and a great value for the area. Close to shopping and convenience stores.

Pointe Niguel is a very pleasant and family friendly place to live in. Close to the beach, schools, and work. It is an ideal place to come home to after a hard day at work.

Pointe Niguel is like a real neighborhood. They really strive on bringing the community together with local events and updates. Best part I see is the parking situation. No one fighting for spots.

I love living here... The office is fair and is over the top kind to everyone. The maintenance staff is totally on top of things They work very hard to keep the property safe. They just redid the pool and its like being at a 5 star resort with fire pits TV ping pong beverages bbq lighting. I have to say that this place is so quiet and no problems really with neighbors. The office staff (all of them) are very helpful and genuine they don't play favorites they treat everyone fair and square. appliances and cabinets are all brand new paint and carpet new too! This is a huge property with a lot of apartment homes and the maintenance men do an exceptional job at coming right over to fix anything that needs to be fixed for example my daughters blinds were not closing correctly with in a half hour they brought over a brand new set. The property is very clean and smoke free The pool is nice and clean and the surrounding area such as the patio furniture is wiped down every morning I know this because I see the man every early morning wiping it down Trash areas are nice even on the weekends families come to the pool and the smell of the bbq is in the air but at night time its so peaceful you can almost here a pin drop (I'm not kidding) I have never lived in any any any area that was so peacefully quiet at night.

Nice 2 bedrooms, perfect subclimate, great leasing agents and repairmen.
