Property Ratings at Pointe on Calloway
The German roaches ?? are so bad here. They should knock the whole complex down and just rebuild them. They remind you of old motel rooms. The trash problem is so bad no one cares. Please stay away
I have lived her for almost a year.I have witnessed 1st hand how LINA and her staff have continued to make "HUGE" improvements to the Complex. PHENOMENAL JOB on Restoration

Thank you kindly!! We're doing our best to assure that every resident feels the same way you do. :)
seriously take your money elsewhere. There are roaches and RATS. My air conditioner broke and they refused to fix it even though I have small children. Water bill is $125 because they assume 3 people live in a one bedroom even though you can only have two people in a one bedroom. The water is always turned off,and when it is on you only get cold water. Maintenance always leaves a mess in your apartment and steals and never locks your doors. The office staff are liars and will do anything to get money out of you I've seen people getting stabbed and shot. I'm always having to call the police
Don't move here they will tell you stuff for you to be convinced to move in ! They will take you're money and lie to you, I made numerous work orders for them to fix stuff and they won't fix anything! Every time we take a shower water leaks downstairs in the kitchen where my lightbulb is and they still haven't fixed it, that's a fire hazard and I have 2 kids they don't care at all. They also charge you every month for pest control and not once since I bed here have I seen pest control!! Sucky ducky apartments
Cockroaches everywhere water pipes broken i had to call every single month the office so they could fix the water leak in my shower amd every month the leak will come back. The wood in the kitchen is extremenly old and shedding everywhere and also no phone outlet on the wall. Imagine how old are this apartments!! My water bill is always so high! More than a 100$ every month! Is insane! No washer and dryer connection and the laundry is gross! Is so sad that the rent of this property is so high. And is not worth it.

“My name is Alejandro Garcia and I am the Investment Manager of The Pointe on Calloway. I am sorry to hear about your mixed experience with your apartment home, and want to invite you to speak with me so I can show you we're serious about making your experience better.” I would like to help resolve your issues; we have a great pest control company that is available to help reduce your pest control issues, would also like to discuss any maintenance issues you may have to see how I can correct those issues. In an effort to make our community a better place to call home we’ve partnered with CSC Service Works who installed new washer and dryer machines that are economical friendly. If you have any questions or would like to address further concerns please don’t hesitate to contact me. Thank you
So I settled on these apartments due to the vaulted ceiling and vanity area in the master bed room. In terms of what I was actually looking for this apartment did not meet any of my requirements, no washer and dryer connections, no balcony, and no walk in closets or fitness center. After all of that not being available the 740 price doesn't seem that bad..however there's a whole $100 added to that a month for utilities because the apartment charges based off building usage not per unit use, the lowest my utility bill has ever been from them is 110.00 the highest is 146.00 and this is every single month, had I known this prior to signing the lease I would of definitely went with a nicer place. Management is actually pretty nice and understanding if you have to pay any of their overly priced bills late. So all in all rent plus utilities the apartment is not up to the standards of the price.
I must say the staff at point on Calloway were by far the best we met we looked at countless properties. And got the same story time after time rude snobs who were judgemental and only interested in us looking elsewhere. My mother was a property manager for 20 years so I know a little bit about how it works they were by far the most curtiouse and most well informed
