AVOID POINTE GRANDE VILLAS Brand new buildings and things just... fall apart? Leaks? Incomplete fixtures? The internet is absolutely, wonderfully, HORRENDOUS. WHY IS IT ALWAYS DOWN? You're charged a technology fee, which is basically internet, that works about 68.79% of the time. Velofi, their internal system, is horrible. Great customer service on the phone, but never really fix anything. Remember when their gym was open, during summer, with no AC? Wish I knew then, what I know now. Ready to leave.

The villas is gorgeous! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I love it here! Highly recommend if you are looking for a spacious home and want to live in a quiet neighborhood. They sometimes have events happening by the office or the pool area as well! Last year they held a movie by the pool! ??

Good that this community is excellent to live peacefully. But so sad to say about the maintenance. Even though if requesting for an urgent maintenance request it will take days to address even after continuous follow ups.

Well the villas are absolutely gorgeous. I love the space we have. It’s been very quiet here and peaceful. Only down side is the WiFi that you are made to pay that doesn’t work for nothing in the world.

Just moved in. So far it’s great. It’s centrally located for all shopping and eating. Not to mention it’s super close to work. The homes are very spacious.

I love the neighborhood! Very quiet and clean. Management has done a great job at screening potential residents. The grounds are well maintained and the amenities are clean and up to date. I do wish that a few of the residents would stop parking on the grass next to the road. It would be nice if everyone just parked in their driveway.

It’s a decent place basic new appliances but what sucks is how the complex makes you pay for the internet they chose for this place but yet this internet sucks and goes out at least once a week. And for someone who works at home not so convenient. Maybe should let people choose their own internet service provider..

Pointe Villas are a great space for the price. Nice quiet neighborhood that feels safe. Karah in the office is very helpful and maintenance teams have been helpful so far.

Since I moved into the villas it’s been very peaceful and I am loving the neighborhood. The villas is a comfortable and pet friendly home. Access to a lot of amenities and includes a garage which is perfect.
