Pointwest has everything I need. The apartments are spacious and amenities are great. We are close to all types of shopping and medical buildings. The grounds are very beautiful and the staff and maintenance personnel are super nice and helpful.

Pointwest is great so is management and maintenance team and everyone are wonderful enjoy living at Pointewest

Pointe West is a wonderful place to live! I've been happy to call it home for the last 8 years.

Everyone has been welcoming since my first day. I have so much space and i am able to feel at home!

I think pointe west is a safe affordable place and is a great first time apartment.

The amenities at PointeWest apartments are nice but if the time frame to use them are not considered long enough for people to work hard everyday then you probably wont have the chance to use anything and probably would not worth it the price you pay to live in here. Looks like this is a place to retired people to live, no young or active people around.

I have lived here 13 years. I LOVE it. I feel safe, and know there s help available should need it. The amenities are so varied...something for {}almost} everybody.Staff is available and create some awesome parties for us. That's all the time I have time for.. Judy Harvey

Very nice community! Super clean and well kept. The apartment finishes are a little out dated as are the kitchen appliances. Great amenities when we are able to use them.

I love living at Pointe West. I have met many others here and have made life long friends. It is close to everything and a beautifully kept property.

This was the first place that had all the items on my list that I wanted in an apartment or condo

It is a good place for your home. Dont like the five dollar management fee put onto our rent. Or the utilities and so on. Why dont you just put an extra charge onto our rent so we wouldnt know every month what we owed. You dont need another company to figure this out.

Pointe West is a great place to live. The staff is friendly, maintenance issues are repaired in a timely fashion and the environment is extremely safe.

I put in the order around 1:30pm, and I received an email from the office when the job got done. It wasnt even two hours after I submitted the order. I checked on it When I got home from work, and it was all clean and well put together. Great job, Pointe West! This isnt the first time we submit a work order, and youve never disappointed. Always show up quickly, and it gets done with excellence.

Pointe West is an amazing place to live. We have always felt safe, it is so clean. The staff takes so much pride in the complex.We have so many fun events throughout the year. This will always be our home. Thank you all for caring!

Pointe West has great amenities and very clean. Their staff is helpful and personable. However, the residents are not very friendly and the move in experience was the worst I have ever had.

I live at Pointe West Apartments and the most I enjoy about here is the great Indoor amenities they have as I love to workout/ Do sports specially in winter time when the weather is extremely cold I can enjoy spending time swimming/Sauna playing volleyball/basketball and I am very happy here !!! I can highly recommended it !

It has been a wonderful move, excellent folks at the office to ensure that I move has been comfortable they continue to maintain high standards i.e. with delivery of packages on time and high level of maintenance of the building and amenities

As I stated Before the office personnel and maintenance group is wonderful here we love the indoor and outdoor pools the gym fitness room pool tables.

Pointe West has everything you need, is located in a perfect place, AND has the rent ranges that work for you.

To date any of the issues I have encountered were quickly, and professionally handled.Very impressed with the maintenance crew here.

I have already recommend to my Freinds and Family to consider Point West when they are ready to move.

Pointe West provides an excellent living experience. The office staff are always helpful and work hard to meet residents' needs. The facilities, common areas and grounds are immaculate and they are always updating. The maintenance staff are second to none. They are quick to respond, do quality work and really care about the residents. The amenities are wonderful and make Pointe West an exceptional place to live.

I have lived here for 11 years. I am a senior and feel safe and cared for here. ie: When I need help it feels someone will be there for me, from maintenance to sending a fax. I love the parties and activities staff plan for us. This is MY HOME!!!

The amenities are great. I enjoy the heated pool every weekday morning for exercise and reserve the basketball court once a week for my granny basketball team to practice in.

The fast speed at which issues are addressed by both the office and maintenance! Steve is one of the best you could possibly have on board!

Absolutely love living here! It was one of the best choices we made. As a person with MS and my spouse and I are on the road full time our house was just to much work in the short time we were home. But when my MS flared I needed a safe place. Pointe West gives me a community. I've made friends. My grandkids love to visit me and I can wear them down with all the fun without driving anywhere. It's the best choice I made for my health!

This place has great amenities. The maintenance staff is great as well, when you need something fixed in your home. The only problem i have had since moving here compared to my other places i have lived is... the walls are really thin, the hallways that you walk down to get to your front door are always really hot! Lastly the only other big concern that I had while living here is the Ice in the parking lot that we get when winter comes around. It did not seem that they would do all that they could to make sure that the parking lot was safe. There would be probably about an inch of ice in the parking lot and it would be very dangerous to walk your pet if you have a pet when they need to go outside because it would be so slippery! Other than that it has been a good place.
