They handed over the apartment without proper maintenance, Water clogged in dishwasher and sink. No proper support to set up internet connection. They revoked the move in offers that the agreed to provide. Poor front desk support. Be careful before signing the lease. I regret now.

HIGHLY WOULD RECOMMEND ! Move in ! Amazing apartments to be but not only that physical look ! Warm and kind hearted folks ! During the painful and tough times the pandemic caused they care and support you no matter what ! I love these apartments !!!!!!! MORE THAN 5 Stars !

This property has poor lighting and no cameras on the premise's. I’ve had 3 different cars broken into on the property with the catalytic converter removed from each car. I was assaulted and shot with real bullets in the gas station parking lot next door. No video cameras at the gas station either ? I assumed this a safe suburb but once I checked with the local police precinct I was sadly mistaken to find out about the high crime in our complex!! Do not move here if you value your property and safety of your family. Overrated is an understatement!! Don’t let them fool you with the Starbucks machine. It’s not the real thing!!! Gated communities with cameras are a better option in Polaris.

Inconsistent use of rules between tenants. There was a rash of car break-ins and package stealing in the summer of 2020. A neighbors' unit contained mold on the wall and maintenance did nothing, were forced to leave after that point.

Polaris Crossing by Champion Apartments is an outstanding entity for the residents of Westerville/Worthington. The staff is swift, professional and hard working. They truly care about the residents, and go above and beyond their call of duty to provide excellent service. PC is everything anyone would want, and more. The apartments, facilities and amenities are in immaculate condition. If you're looking for a great place to start out or live long term, PC guarantees and amazing experience. Shout out to Jordyn for making every moment with PC seamless.

The staff are amazing and the apartment is beautiful. No problem at all, move in was easy and very quiet neighborhood.

Although we have not moved in yet, we have had great experiences with them! They have been so helpful with the whole process seeing how this is our first time renting an apartment. Everyone there is super friendly and willing to help as much as they can. The apartments are very well maintained and very modern on the inside. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone!

I have lived at Polaris Crossing since August 2018 and I have no complaints at all! The apartment is very nice and the staff, Alessandra and Kaytlin, made me feel like home from the very start. They are very warm and friendly. I would recommend this complex to any and all looking for a great place to live!

My husband and I have lived at Polaris Crossing since October 2018 and we love it! It's close to anything and everything you might need. The staff, especially Kaytlin, have been warm and very quick to handle any issues that arise. We would recommend this complex to our friends and family!

I have lived in many apartments over the past 45 years, but I must say the office staff are fantastic, the amenities are first rate. The grounds are clean and there are many extras are really fun.

Been living at Polaris Crossing for around 10 months and have nothing but good things to say. Everything is down the road from the apartments. Maintenance is wonderful and easy. After you fill out a slip online, they are here the next day fixing the problem. The staff here are nice and keep you informed on the monthly get togethers in the clubhouse which I think is awesome to be able to meet your neighbours and have some fun. The amenities are great, stainless steel appliances, nice floors in the kitchen and bathroom, and granite countertops. Polaris crossing is a great community and I highly recommend.

Just want to thank Polaris Crossing Apartment Complex for the beer and wings night. It was such a nice get together for their tenants. It was much appreciated. I also want to say a great big thanks to Andrew and Stephanie. They are always such a delight to talk to whenever I have questions or have to communicate with them whether dropping off our monthly rent or have questions about the apartment or Cort furniture. I am living in this community since almost an year ,love this community and new staff member andrew is awesome and he is friendly and quick in response with maintenance requests ..It's privilege to be here with family...Keep up what you are doing !

Polaris Crossing is a good place to live and the customer service from Andrew and Stephaine is the best. I move from NY to Westerville area with a smooth transition and awesome help from the staff. The amenities are amazing and the studio I'm living is like brand new with everything that I need. I recommend Polaris as it also a safe area and place to live as there's security everywhere. Please take the time to stop by and you will not regret it.

to tart the place is real nice and clean. management was real polite and helpfull all the time. I had never seen a office with a club like these before, back in san diego everethin is real expensive. I will definite recomen the apartments any time

I have lived at Polaris Crossing since moving back to Columbus back in August 2015 and have re-signed for another year. The staff is friendly and the amenities are great. I love the pool table in the clubhouse. Come check this place out I am glad I did.

I have lived at Polaris Crossings for about 15 months now and it’s everything we have ever wanted in a apartment complex. They have great management team of Allesandra, Sierra, and Dustin. They have done a tremendous job of making this apartment community the number 1 place to live around Polaris. Champion is lucky to have such a great group. Always treating everybody like you are one big family and any problem you have they care about. Polaris crossing upgrades are awesome from the new carpet, granite counter tops new bathrooms to the updated appliances. Units also come with a new washer and dryer. They have a new fitness center with all new equipment. A great pool where everybody can relax and soak up some sun. Polaris crossing has everything you need around it bars, restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores. You even have Starbucks for free in the lobby. I would highly recommend living at Polaris Crossing to everyone. Derek Duemey

I have been here for 4 months now and i like the community as my friends are living here too. The location of the apartment is good . Though my road facing house is noisy. It feels safe to be living here. The support staff are very cooperative specially Allexandra. I wish the pool table would have been available 24/7 as it closes at 6 when we come from office. I'm not sure where to start, other than to say that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I've lived in several apartments over the years, and NOTHING compares to Polaris Crossing! I'm extremely particular, and everything has truly been awesome! For what you pay, and the perfect Polaris location, it cannot be beat. I love all the gorgeous upgrades in the units, they feel so welcoming. The amenities are also top-notch; from the grand clubhouse with free Starbucks, to the nice pool and fitness center, and last but certainly not least; the quickly responsive and professional maintenance. Another huge thing that sets Polaris Crossing apart from other places, is their impeccable customer service; Sierra and Alessandra are so genuinely sweet and extremely helpful. If you're looking for a new place, stop the search now. I highly recommend this as your next home, you will not be disappointed!

Cool people in the office. It's close to everything that I need in the area. The mall is like two miles down the street, and there are a lot of great restaurants nearby. They have free coffee, that I really love, and a pretty big pool for some summer fun. Definitely a place to be in the Polaris area.

Went to look at an apartment here a few days ago. Renovations are great and the leasing staff was awesome. Strongly considering moving here!

I moved into this apartment complex about 10 months ago. At first everything was fine. Maintenance requests were usually resolved by the next day. A few months ago Champion Reality purchased the complex and they have been doing a lot of updates to the apartments around me. Last week I get a notice on my door stating that I have to move out of my apartment by August 31st. I was planning on staying in my current apartment for the time being. I contacted management to find out the details of this. They advised me I can transfer to a remodeled unit but they are more expensive in rent and I have to do the application process all over again. This means apply, pay deposit and pay another pet deposit even though I paid one on the apartment I am currently in which I do not get back. So now I am stressing out about finding a new place and being able to save enough money to move and pay rent at the current place. Management did not care when I expressed this to them. The resident below me stated she has had nothing but trouble with her newly remodeled unit anyway. There is always dog excrement on the grounds, I have stepped in it a few times. Trash in the courtyard. My biggest issue is with the way management is treating me. Why would I need to apply again? I've been living here for months and paying my rent to you. I've already paid a deposit and pet deposit. If I stayed in my current apartment, my rent may have gone up a little but I would not have to come up with a new deposit and pet deposit. I am very disappointed in this complex and I would not recommend any friends or family move here with Champion being the management.

Polaris Crossing is the best Apartment complex I have ever rented from.

I have only been at Polaris Crossing for 1 week but so far so good. This property was one of only two (the other being Champion property as well) to call me back about my inquiry. Beau from leasing called within the hour. He was helpful, knowledgable and accommodating to my schedule. I am very pleased with my choice.

I am living in this apartments for more than 2 years.We like staying here due to good neighborhood and nearby shopping area.Its well maintained with good amenities and helpful management staff.I would like to recommend this property.

I stayed there for almost a year.Good point about this community is everything (mall, gas station, grocery shops) is near by.Community is average.Hot water may not be available all the time. Bad review: The leasing agent Marcie is very rude and not at all friendly,She is not really prompt in her actions also.Request to the management please replace her and get someone pleasant in her place. I don't have other complaints.

I have been living here for a few months and I have to say they are wonderful, great staff, the pool is well kept and my apartment is fantastic.
