Polaris Junction is amazing. They care for their residents and the community is amazing. This was our first apartment and we do not plan on leaving anytime soon!
We love living here. It's quiet and although people can have pets, they seem to be respectful of those of us who don't & keep them quiet & usually clean up after their accidents. Maintenance is right there when you need them and so pleasant. They do an exceptional job keeping the parking lot plowed & sidewalks shovelled & salted. They keep the facilities working for us to enjoy. We are thankful we found this place.

Everyone is very kind here and they have events regularly. The maintenance team is also very personable and prompt with repairs. The balcony views are amazing facing the mountains!
Can I just start by mentioning how AMAZING it is living next to the amphitheater! Hearing all the concerts! Bands I don’t know at all are still so awesome to hear live at my own place of comfort!! Seeing all the happy crowds & all the vibrant lights & energy is top notch! It’s such a great experience & I wouldn’t want it any other way! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to live so close to something so cool! I am very impressed with my experience living in the apartment complex so far. The application and move-in process were very quick and easy to accomplish! Paying rent is a painless process with having the ability to pay online. They even have an option to do split payments so you can pay every 2 weeks! I have been in the property for right over a year now with no complaints. I’m able to place a service request online and it was responded too very quickly. Hands down the best property I have lived at thus far! My thanks to the amazing staff that works here.
Polaris Junction has been my home for close to 2 years. Great community, amenities, and location. Lots of events, work from home area, and things that satisfies my needs.
Started off great and after a couple months everything went downhill. I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends nor family, unless you want to be inconvenienced constantly.
I've been here going on two years my kids and I have enjoyed it . It Beautiful and peaceful here . The assistant mngr is great and the matinence guys are great as well .

I loved living a Polaris Junction! The community is always so clean and proximity to the amphitheater was a huge perk. Overall, I’ve been satisfied with my stay here, and I appreciate the efforts made to create a pleasant living environment. However, my recent experience with the carport issue has raised some concerns. When my paid parking space was blocked by a vehicle, there was no immediate resolution, and I was informed that no action could be taken for up to 24 hours. Despite the rules indicating that no notice is needed when access is obstructed, the situation wasn’t addressed by the property management, and the vehicle was only removed overnight by its owner. I believe there could be improvements in handling these situations, particularly when they affect residents’ access to paid parking. Having a more responsive process for after-hours situations or involving emergency contacts could help prevent such disruptions in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Been here a couple weeks and so far no complaints. They are very good with communication, everything stays clean, parking is never full, the amphitheater is awesome. Definitely worth the move here. Not sure why people complain about noise cuz I can’t hear anything other than the occasional steps above me.

So far a really nice place to live. Everyone is pretty quiet. A few complaints about the Ford amphitheater, but I feel like the jets are so much louder lol.

Overall I have loved Polaris Junction. The staff is great, amenities are nice, and the apartments are cozy! I have had some issues with noisy neighbors and there not being strict enforcement of the no smoking policy which has been frustrating. I would recommend Polaris junction to those who want to live in north Colorado Springs but would warn about traffic and noise now that the Ampitheatre is opening.

Truthfully, we are not pleased with the environment in this community. The walls are thin, the management is inconsistent and snotty, and it is not “luxury” by any means. The amount we all pay to live in an apartment of this caliber is disheartening.

Overall it’s been a great community, the pool does tend to be overly crowded due to all the floaties people bring so we haven’t been able to go as much as we would have hoped. Besides the lack of use of the pool it’s been a great experience.

Love the atmosphere and community! Amenities are great as well! The pool is my husband and my favorite. Everyone is very respectful at the pool (even the kiddos). The BevMo machine is also a new staple we use.

Amenities are nice but cost of apartment and added fees are too expensive in my opinion, for what you get. Pool has been closed several times already (due do safety concerns) because of residence not following the rules. Also some residence simply refuse to pick up after their pets and expect the maintenance team to do it, this happens frequently. Walls are thin so expect to hear your neighbors, I’m sure it’s the case with most apartments. Overall I haven’t had any major issues but likely won’t stay another year due to the cost of a 2 bedroom being too expensive.

I have no complaints. The maintenance team so far has been very helpful and fast on taking care of the requests that I submit. They are clean and don't leave a dirty mess which I really appreciate it since the previous apartments that I lived in would not clean after themselves.

It looks nice on the outside, but I would not recommend this place. Management does not listen to you, and does not communicate well. Maintenance is slow, and the parking situation is not well controlled.

Wonderful experience so far. The leasing office and maintenance team are responsive and respectful. Random noises at night from units above us, but nothing disrupting. Can’t wait for the pool to open and the dog park to be built!

These apartments are awesome, the simple yet elegant design make it easy to clean and keep things tidy. I love being so close to the center of the action plus there’s a huge amphitheater being built next door. I can’t wait for the live music.
