Property Ratings at Polaris Peak
If you care about your pet’s health, do NOT move here. This complex is filthy, when walking your dog, you’re going to tiptoe in order to not step on crap. Disgusting. On top of that, there are some seriously trashy tenants who constantly have fights and make senses for all to hear, we have seen at least 5 different incidents at night (and during the day) and it’s just annoying. They don’t care about things like that, but they care SO MUCH about my car being parked in reverse, haha, they had it towed and I had to pay $394 to get it back. If you’re a decent family/ service-member… do yourself a favor and DON’T MOVE HERE !
