Attitudes at the office. I have not received my water bill and I am concerned. There was a lot of damage and dirt in the apt when I moved in bathroom not working dirty patio one of the burners on the stove is not working still. The work orders I put in are not completed and according to the office there are other priorities and I get that. They cleaned the front door patio it’s an old property I wish I had looked harder. I signed a 15 month lease and will be moving out when it’s close to expiring. The bathroom was fixed the tub is peeling the doors in kitchen are peeling too. They did clean the patio, front doors repaired in bathroom the door was literally hanging off. Dirty interior I spray painted white to make it look cleaner. The list is endless paint droppings on the floor.
good area, everyone was super nice and helpful during move-in, apartment is great and what I expected. office is super communicative whenever something is happening that might affect the residents and any reminders.

I love the outdoor amenities at Polo Club! Move in was smooth and the office is very helpful. Besides some cosmetic issues and slow responses from Maintenance, the apartment is roomy and comfortable.

Love it. Very peaceful. Trees a everywhere and great neighborhood next door to walk through. A couple of cute bars and places to eat close by and a gas station literally across the street. Great access to everywhere you need to go also! I renewed my lease and intend and staying for awhile. I love the gym and the laundry mat if you need it is a bonus. Staff is on top of things and take care of everything.

We weren't able to sign the lease till the day before our lease was suppose to start. We called about 10 ish times to try and get a lease sent to us. I had to climb up and down the second story balcony to get into my house for 3 days because the lock was broke. Outside of that everything is pretty great here.

I moved here only because being homeless was my alternative. The first day I moved in I noticed a weird musty smell and a greasy residue on all the carpet. There were hundreds of dead baby cockroaches in the fridge, freezer, and all kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Turns out the smell is a raging cockroach infestation, and they live in my stove and behind all of the cabinets. You can see them crawling in and out of the burners, and behind the display on the stove. Cold water faucets turn hot after running for maybe a minute. It’s definitely a place to live, and as long as you don’t mind buying 3 cans of raid per month to keep roaches out of your food and belongings, it’s adequate. Maintenance is really nice and responsive though. No one picks up after their dog, despite there being maybe 10 doggie stations around the complex, and theres trash everywhere despite dumpsters being in front of every building. Like I said. It’s a place to live for sure.

Was kind of ify at first, but turned out to be great. Office and maintenance personal are awesome. Maintenance fixes issues at a timely manner. Complex is quiet. I didn't see any theft or break ins. The only issue I have is that whomever keeps up with emptying the dog waste bags need to do it more often.

I lived here for two years. There were a lot of issues with the appliances and amenities due to them being old, water gets turned off pretty frequently due to poor plumbing apparently, not enough parking, and the staff is not the most professional. I'm very relieved to be moving out in a couple of months.

This place has gone to the trash along with the staff. Specifically the manager here will not speak to anyone what so ever. Will avoid you to point of literally locking herself in her office in the back so that you may not walk back and confront her about the problems you may have since she can’t seem to find the energy to obtain some sort of customer service. Roman and the I guess old assistant Diana were always available and ready to take on the issues I had always very responsive and attentive but Diana is “no longer with the company” and Roman seems to always be swamped up front tending to other tenants. He is not to blame for the downfall of this community and I wish Diana had been able to stay as they ran this place better than I’ve seen lately. New manager is rude combative and quick to pop off when she’s told something she doesn’t like. Always blaming others for her mistakes and trust me. If you ask for her response she’ll respond with “I have 300 + residents asking for my undivided attention, I cannot speak to you all” well I’m sorry you can’t handle your job Joanie but the rest of us shouldn’t be punished for that. Your lack of effort and obvious laziness is a sorry excuse for simply sitting around ignoring your job. Will not be renewing. Bet anything I won’t get a response to this either.

When management changed the quality of living here dropped substantially. New management doesn't seem to care enough to enforce rules such as towing illegally parking vehicles or making residents feel welcomed to live here. Instead expect to have to remind them multiple times to finish requests you put in weeks ago. In addition, parking was very limited in the corner we lived in and it seemed like there were many visitors who parked in parking meant for residents which made it even worse. Looking to park in a covered spot without paying for it? Go right ahead, before you were able to call the towing company to have someone towed from your spot but management changed that policy to where you have to go through them first, THEN the person parked there (assuming this isn't overnight because it that case you can't do anything but be mad about the situation) can be towed. Loud neighbors who clearly don't realize that there are other people living around them. This included a couple of people who chose to revve their car's engine at 5am making it great for those of us who go to work at night. For those of you who enjoy beautiful landscaping this is the place for you, every other day there is a large landscaping truck which always parks in the worst spots near the entrance of the complex causing drivers to have to blindly drive onto the opposite side of the road to get the their apartment. Like taking your dog for long walks? There are a lot of areas for that but be careful, no one ever picks up the dog's poop easily resulting in you or your pet tracking it back into your apartment. The ONLY positive to this complex is the maintenance, they stayed when the new management took over and it show because they seem to be the only people who care and enjoy their jobs at this apartment complex.
