Property Ratings at Polo Park
Cars and trucks get broke into all the time. They’re making millions of dollars and refuse to do anything to protect the tenants.

this complex is horrible. management is rude and if they don't want to deal with you, they will just ghost you. our water bill was randomly $400 when it was normally $50 and they refused to provide any documentation as to why it was this high and forced us to pay so we did not incur late fees. on the move out, we didn't hear from them for a month after we moved out and then one day randomly got a bill for $500 for a "damaged carpet spot". they will drain you of all your money and for a less than 500 square foot apartment!!!!!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. In fact I can prove it to you try to find a phone number that connects you to a human being in their office. You won't be able to! It's completely overpriced for how outdated and poorly the property is cared for! After my first 30 days I chose to do the buyout lease. And the property company was both incredibly hard to get in contact with and both unprofessional.
Tons of car break ins and hijacking. Package theft is 24/7 and the office advertises locked parcel rooms but it isn't. They will fine you for anything. Metered apartments are not accurate. Electric and water bills for 1 bedroom were higher than my bills for my 4 bed house with 3 people in them. Management is the worst. They will say whatever you want to hear and never follow through. I wish I never lived here.
I have never lived anywhere where I have been so in fear for my life and safety as I am here, nor have I been so grossly dissatisfied in a community or management team. From the devastating fire that occurred for which we received no help, to the disrespectful neighbors and shady characters everywhere, and the disrespect I received when staff barely attempted to handle those issues. In addition to the water being shut off more times than I can count, and the staff not even bothering to bring anyone so much as a water bottle to help. Now I am currently sitting in an apartment that is at 80 degrees and rising with no hope in sight of getting the thermostat fixed in any timely manner. I fixed everything myself before the “emergency” maintenance team could even respond to the call. Don’t live here. I haven’t had a decent night’s rest in over a year.
Black mold and leaking water. Air conditioner doesn't work.
I guess I called and got a young man that couldn't be bothered to answer any questions and now I see other reviews that state this is not a friendly place. We were looking to rent and coming from out of state because we have a home being built. Very disappointed.
Don't rent here. They add on so many charges that you wind up paying luxury prices. $20 for a parking space, $24 for the trash compactor, NOT valet trash. Then they add a monthly fee for deliveries and your only option for internet is Comcast which is spotty. But you cannot get another internet service. I moved in to an apartment with old carpet that they refused to replace and none of the electrical outlets worked. When I complained about it, Tiffany, the property manager actually said, "This is why we tell you to get renters insurance." As if my life can be covered with a renters policy. Again, DON'T RENT HERE.
This review only of course applies to the leasing office. I was disappointed by my interactions with the rental staff after getting great reviews from a couple of existing tenants. At the first number I called (the one on the website) the gentleman told me these apartments are only available for college students. When I said I knew people who rented from there then he backed down and said if I wanted I could a different lady at the property and gave me her line. She did verify that the apartments were available to the public but insisted that I must meet four times the monthly rent no exceptions. She sounded very dismissive and appeared to be in a rush to get off the phone so I was afraid to ask her my other questions . I will instead pursue a different property.
So my sister moved down here there for work and the staff there is achrousus. From day one she had problems and I’m not just talking about the items in her apartment that leaked and never worked. Who ever is the property manager doesn’t do anything about noise complaints and or cares about the residents. Our family owns houses and have been in the rental business for many years and this is not how to treat your occupants. People having parties from 1-4am and they have done nothing to stop it. Maybe the next step is the Police or maybe I’ll have to go down. So please, if you don’t want to be respected as a tenant, live there. If there was a zero choice I’d do it.
Polo Park is a great apartment complex located just about 10 miles east of downtown Nashville. It is conveniently situated near many stores, the airport and has easy access to the interstate system. It has two outdoor pools, a walking trail, tennis court and clubhouse with a workout room, hot tub and racquetball courts. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful!
This space is great if you are looking to live in a quiet, wooded area with reasonable pricing. The amenities and apartment property are exceptional and offer a friendly and efficient staff. I always feel safe and welcome coming home to Polo Park!
