I have lived at Polos since early 2017. I have had a good experience and is a nice quiet place to live Never had any issues and every time I report anything broken they immediately fix it. The surrounding areas are always clean and I love the trees in the community, the pool and gym. Mitzi keeps the place looking amazing Kudos to her a the great job she is doing. She cares about the community and it’s residents.

Living here for 1 year and a half and is a good place, quiet and peaceful. Mitzi and Hector are both amazing, taking care of everything, I can’t mention any home issues that have not been resolved quickly. In the other hand I don’t like the thing that some neighbors are leaving Walmart carts everywhere, that’s sad, I had to move one today because was in the middle of the street, that could cause an accident… we have to be careful on what we do…

A great place to live
I really appreciate the atmosphere of this place, the mature oaks really are beautiful and the architecture of the buildings is very classic. The staff are very kind and helpful when you need them. The neighborhood is very walkable with convenient shopping. Nearby is Lee Vista with more shopping, and the access to the rest of the city is easy.

We love our apartments, it feels homey and comfortable. We love its location. We're close to the bus stop, or close to Walgreens as well as neighborhood market and Dollar tree and the business in between the two. Our biggest swim plane is the pests. We have put everything we can into plastic bags or plastic containers but we're limited on space because our kitchen isn't that big of course. It's just very maddening to walk into your kitchen and slap bugs that are on the counter. It's maddening to have to wipe out every dish every pan every container before you can use it because the bugs have crawled through it. We schedule pest control with very little results. A new company has been scheduled and hopefully we will have better results. The ceilings and walls aren't that thick but we're okay we've learned to be quiet and hopefully our neighbors will learn that too. Overall we're very happy here. Take away the bugs, insulate the floors and walls better and gosh it would be perfect!

Even with the traffic to and from the bus on Gatlin and the neighborhood market, it's relatively quiet here. I don't really know my neighbors but I do feel like if I asked they would help me if I needed it. For a woman my age it's ideal .

Great Place Great Location
I've been living at Polos for about 6 months. So far it's been a great experience. The staff is friendly and very quick to respond to our maintenance requests. I travel a lot so it's the perfect location for me to get to the airport. I have a feeling this will be my home for a while.

Awesome Management
Management was very quick to respond and solve any problems and also very professional and friendly.The outside of the apartments are clean and looks nice, the apartment my family stayed in was very clean and everything worked great.I would recommend this place.
