Everything has been great moving in, but my washer had a leak on move in. Hope they fix it soon. Not too much weed smell or other bad smells.
My Two Years Here Has Been Good. No Major Issues. Neighbors Are Great & Friendly, Only Thing I Recommend Is To Get Another Trash Compactor.
The place has a good view, I would like the stair spaces to be cleaner, a park for children would be great. I would like the clubhouse to leave more space open for use.
Move in was smooth, complex seems well kept for the most part other than some trash piled up around a garage area. Apartments are nice, I look forward to being a resident

I have enjoyed living here for the years that I have been here.. It is fairly well kept and clean.. The office staff is very nice and helpful.. I wish that it was less expensive, but it is what it is!

Nice community! The unit is nice but they gave a used fridge and it came equipped with little friends hanging out!! I'm 1000% sure they will take care it!! Really friendly staff and they maintain the community!
It’s not a horrible place to live, especially on such a quick notice as I needed. However, there was a cockroach issue when I first moved in. My windows still leak after a maintenance request and they said they would fix it. And my upstairs neighbors are loud all the way through the night. I’m talking worse than just heel walking. There’s also a LOT of dog poop everywhere showing owners don’t take care of their dogs but the complex also doesn’t have anyone to go pick it up. The biggest issue is the dog park where there are moldy poops. It’s a GREAT location and the residents I’ve spoken to so far are super nice! It’s a great price for the space you get!
Great place to call home near many cool things. Close to downtown Greenville and Greer. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants near by also.
Nice looking apartment and the people in the community are nice. Maintenance gets the job done whenever you have a problem. Only problem we have is the bugs. That’s a no go for my family!
My kids love here with me and I have no complaints it is definitely 5 stars you should stay here
I’m moving to a new home but I really hate to move from here. I have met some great friends here. It’s convient to everything. There are great grocery stores at you back door and eating places.
We have loved every second of our experience with Polos at Hudson Corners. From the amazing advertisement through the website to coming in person and seeing exactly what was featured online to the amazing and wonderful management team. Nothing but good things to say about these apartments. Affordability meets good quality, couldn’t ask for anything better!

I love the apartment and everything is very quiet If you want to have peace, it is perfect to live The balcony is a huge plus, I love being able to sit down in the afternoons to get some fresh air
It has been a long road, and steadily the community has been getting better. Some improvements could be made (garbage compactor regularly broken and over flowing, and office hours keep changing). Overall, pretty good experience.

Leasing office is so so hard to get ahold of and there were multiple issues in our unit that needed fixing immediately but the apartment and complex itself is nice
Convenient location. Common area is beautiful. Apartment is functional. Neighborhood is quiet. Staff is very nice and responsive. Pricing is competitive.
So far everyone has been nice. No noise. Everyone cleans after their dogs. The apartments seem like they have been recently remodeled. Very nice

It’s not a bad apartment but I’ve lived in better for the price. Pool is usually not clean or balanced well, trash compactor has been broken multiple times and constantly has trash out front. People do not clean up after their dogs, our upstairs neighbor has a dog that lives on their balcony, barks 24-7 and pees and poops out there constantly which means it’s also always on our patio. AC units are too small and run continuously and don’t keep temp down. The roaches are bad too, and i keep a very clean home.
Great apartments home and excellent staffand very convenient location. Enjoy my stay. I would refer a family and friends to the community. The maintenance staff is great and friendly.
Very deceiving complex. Lackluster all around. Staff is sketchy and untrustworthy. Neighbors are either noisy, smoke weed, or annoying. If you have a problem or maintenance issue it will take forever to get resolved.
I feel safe and comfortable here!! When I need something fixed or looked at, it's taken care of in a timely manner.. Office staff is very friendly!
Really happy with my renovated apartment in this nice community. Everyone I've met in the leasing office (Madison, Kamilia, Lesley) have been very helpful & friendly with any questions or requests I had. When I've submitted maintenance requests they've been fulfilled pretty quickly.
Just moved in 2 days ago so really haven’t had the chance to use the community facilities. I like the apt just wish the living room floor was hardwood like the ones of the tour I took. Also some bug issues. Will see how that goes after pest control leave Friday.
Nice apartment complex, relatively quiet, and close to gas station. Maintenance is really nice and patient, office staff not so much. They offer no leeway here, so do not find yourself struggling while renting with them. Other than that its a beautiful apartment complex with plenty of amenities, especially for pets.
These photos are fake, they deceive people, the appliances are old, approximately from the year 2000, there are too many cockroaches, the tubs are black, the carpet floors have nails coming out, it is dangerous, I do not recommend this place, all the appliances are damaged, my The kitchen doesn't have a burner, my microwave doesn't heat, my refrigerator doesn't cool
It is a gated apartment complex in name only. In 3 years I have never seen the front gate close and to call the rear gate a gate at all is laughable. It is a wooden arm that also never closes. The trash compactor is always broken so there is always a giant wall of trash that is a total eye sore as it's one of the first things you see as you pull in. So glad my lease is coming to an end.
Apartment was absolutely filthy on move in day. Maintenance entered without permission in month 4. 4 months into lease and still havn't received fob for gate, pool and community center access. The security gate has been left open since move in day. Tennis court can not be played on since there are many large cracks. 4 months billed for extermination but no one has been inside my apartment... not once to spray.
Intentional and personable staff, they will answer any and all questions you have with kindness! Highly recommend - service is always on time and with a smile.

I lived at the Polos for a year and while i lived there i would highly recommend them but since moving out i would not recommend them. I moved out after a year because i was relocating to a different state. Prior to moving out i was informed that i would receive my deposit refund 6 - 8 weeks after moving out and its been 12 weeks and i still haven't received it. I have reached out several times via email and calling and i haven't received an answer, they do not reply to my emails or return my missed calls. There are two groups of people that usually write reviews, the impressed group and the disappointed group. I wish i was writing my review based on being impressed but i am disappointed. neducated, unprofessional, management company. After moving in and signing the lease, I was told that I had 30 days to leave because my credit was not approved even though i had already moved in. No remourse or sympathy that i just spend thousands moving. They just said to get out and I could not there. The lady at the leasing office was obviously not very intrested in her role of leasing the apartment, she was more intrested in telling us about her Mary Kay career and how this was her 2nd job. The property manager tried to cover up the young ladys mistake of lieing to me about being approved. I was denied but i didnt know that until a week of moving in. The property manager was so rude and seriously could care less.. it was almost like it was annoying her that she had to give me her attention. I've lived him much nicer communities and this place is really not worth the money. Pamela told me she wasnt losing her job just to satisfy me. We all signed the lease, a legally binding document, its not my fault her ducks arent in a row. On top of that within 2 weeks of living here I had a note on my door, one accusing me of having a dog which I never have had a dog... Saying that i owe a 350 pet few due in two days and that I better pay up by Monday on top of the fact that I already have to leave. Don't waste your money go somewhere else this place is run down it may have been nice back in the early 2000s but it's not nice anymore nothing has been kept up they remodeled bits and pieces so it looks really badd things are falling apart. Gates are open 24/7 and parking lot is so degraded you will damage your car. No grass, gloomy dull atmosphere. Within the 2 week stay our air conditioner has already broken and they did not come out and fix it because they said they could not after hours because it wasn't an emergency it was 82 degrees in my apartment. and they brought a window unit. the polos at Hudson corners is simply no better than the Red Roof Inn except the Red Roof Inn has air conditioning...View

This place is great if you are looking for an affordable place to live. However the management staff is terrible and the apartment conditions are horrendous. There is always garbage piled up in front of the dumpsters. People dump trash and furniture in front of the gates leading into the complex. There is always dog poo near the mailboxes and on the sidewalks. The online payment system does not work and residents were never notified of the issue. The office hours listed are not consistent and the staff is very inconsiderate. It is impossible to speak with the property manager. The community is gated but the gates are open all day. It's a false sense of security. It is not worth $800.
It's extremely hard to come across REAL reviews so I am going to give an honest review of my several year stay at the Polos. Overall, I would say that I would recommend it to a friend, with just a few reservations. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer which is very convenient. The appliances themselves (washer/dryer, stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher) are outdated but they function fine. I wouldn't really call the community a luxury complex as advertised. I had a really old manual thermostat. I did have some problems keeping the apartment warm in the winter. I would typically have to put the thermostat on at LEAST 80 to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature. My power bill was always easily over $100 in the winter because of that. I called maintenance a couple of times about that but they said the unit was fine so there was no fix. Other than winter, my power bill ranged from about $40 to $70 each month. I had some issues in the spring/winter with the air condition but maintenance was able to fix that right away. Luckily, I never had a problem with bugs. Occasionally, I would see some tiny spiders or little silverfish (I think that's what they're called), but nothing major. There were bugs outside of the apartment and in the breezeways quite often but thankfully they didn't venture inside. To be safe, I would have pest control come in every so often to spray. You have to request that to be done, it's not an automatic thing. Parking was hit or miss at my building. For a long time, I never had any issues but within the past couple of months, if I came home any later than 8 -- I would be parking several buildings away. I never felt unsafe walking to my apartment, however. The office staff...I will say that I loved Tiffany and Allison. There is a newer girl in the office that I wasn't too much a fan of. My advice is to deal directly and only with Tiffany or Allison if possible. The noise factor is hit or miss. It really depends on your luck of the draw in neighbors. It is an apartment so of course you're going to hear other people. Just hope you have considerate neighbors...if not, you WILL hear them! Rent will continuously go up. Some hikes are bigger than others. My opinion is that they are overpriced but I suppose in comparison to the other complexes around the Greenville area, it is actually reasonable. Thankfully there are no hidden fees, you pay for rent and a flat fee for water.
