Property Ratings at Ponce Harbor
I called the office about a two bedroom rental. The woman I spoke to asked me if I had any pets. I told her yes I have two indoor cats not only do you have to leave a big deposit for the cats but they told me there is an additional rent of $100 each a month! That is so ridiculous!!

Still no pool all season it’s now middle of July.. No new filters for air. No pest control in months. Pay for these amenities and don’t get. Lights outside of Apts not fixed ,street lights out. Dark areas are asking for theft of vehicles and a risk to residents. Just poor management.
