Very poo
The owner of this property doesn't repair anything. Infestation of termites, cockroaches, bedbugs, and wasps. There is no air conditioning. There is dealing of narcotics on property. Owner thrives on tenants fighting amongst one another. Allows homeless to sleep in parking lot, and on office balcony.
