Louisville is the largest city in Kentucky, resting alongside the Ohio River on the Kentucky-Indiana border. The architecture in Louisville is a mix of old and new, with historic neighborhoods comprised of Victorian houses and towering skyscrapers scattered throughout the downtown area, many of which contain upscale apartments and condos available for rent.
The amenities in Louisville are just as diverse as the architecture. Renting in Louisville affords you the opportunity to see the famous Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, learn more about a boxing legend at the Muhammad Ali Center, and meet a range of animals at the Louisville Zoo. The city’s award-winning restaurant scene is an exemplary display of Southern cooking. Just outside the city lies the Louisville Mega Cavern, a vast underground space offering a broad range of adventurous attractions.

Property Ratings at Poplar Terrace
Turns off power in the middle of summer to service electrical issues. Bed bugs.
I love where I call home so much that I have lived here two major times in my life. The first time I was on my own and presently. So I definitely feel it is my true home. I certainly feel safe here. Located in a very centralized area. Just a shout away from the University of Louisville, parks, the airport, the zoo, major expressways, downtown, Churchill Downs, but yet quiet and peaceful are words that describe the atmosphere around here for the most part. I love dipping in the pool all summer long, which sets in the middle of the three buildings. The office is in the middle, always easy access to everyone. They have allowed me to plant my own garden, since I am on the first floor. Everyone walks by and comments on how good it looks. I like being able to grow some of my own food, but not having to work as hard as i would if I had a huge yard to maintain. So, its like a mini house and yard, with plenty of help and no fuss.
