You get WAY MORE than you pay for!! My family and I have lived here for 2 years, going into our 3rd year. We needed more room... so we went and looked at about 30 + homes to rent, and couldn't find any that were better than Poplar Village! So, we moved from a 3 bedroom into a 4 bedroom and are very pleased with how helpful PJ, Billy and the other staff members were during this process! They were professional, efficient and everso helpful!! Thank you PJ and staff!! Also, if you are wondering what makes Poplar Village so great~ 1. Great management, they are responsive, and treat you like a person, not a number. 2. These homes are new, modern and clean. 3. The outside grass area is maintained by management. 4. Great location to everything. 5. Nice and quiet community. 6. A nice new pool to enjoy.... there's more too, just too many to list!! Come take a look, you will love it here like we do!!

I stayed at Poplar Village for 9 months and, honestly, it was great. They promised top-notch maintenance and totally delivered - anytime I needed something fixed, they were on it fast. The staff? Super friendly. It feels like they actually care, which made a big difference to me. The staff seems very intentional on creating a strong community vibe . Plus, the location is amazing! Everything you need is just a few minutes away. Overall, living at Poplar Village was way more than just a convenient spot to crash while waiting on my new house. It was a genuinely good experience with awesome people and services that made life easy. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a great place to live.

The homes are built with cheap materials. There are sewage issues and pest infestation constantly. The AC flooded the house and they refused to compensate me in any way.

I’ll be the first to say this community is everything and more! I grew up in the projects an rented apartments all my life. This is my first house that I can call home. Granted they may not have everything they show on the internet yet when you read it, it clearly say for select homes. It’s a house that I’m able to lease and it’s brand new, everything is clean and most importantly I can raise my boys here and know they’re are in a safe community we can call home. The people in the neighborhood are so friendly it’s almost like I can see us all being a family. They’re still building and mind you work very hard I see it every time I go to the neighborhood They even have taco Tuesday where everyone in the neighborhood is welcome to come and grab a bag and drink. They care about our health and safety so it’s grab and go because COVID has affected so many people and they love ones. The day I walked through the door I was blown away. I said right there God led me here. Nothing in life is perfect. Someone is always doing worse than you’re. I’m very blessed and thankful. Yet my five bedroom three bath is more than a dream come true. I not only love my new home. My boy’s love it. They instantly made friends I’ve never seen my babies so happy. I’m so grateful for this new beginning. I love the staff. They work very hard an they give 100% plus more. They’re a team whom is very professional and respectful. I keep saying they but I must say there name. Ms. Keshia, Ms Rachel and Mr. Toby thank you for all that you do and more! You’ll are truly amazing!
I recently moved into the community. The homes are nice, but they are not as advertised. The amenities listed/pictured are not actually in the home (there are no trey ceilings, crown molding on cabinets, cabinets over the refrigerator, blinds on the back doors, ceiling fans in living areas, backsplash in kitchen, or "majestic two-story foyer"). The appliances are not the same as pictured either. When I asked management about the discrepancy I was told that they haven't updated the website to reflect the changes and they are not willing to make any changes to the home or adjust my lease. I have already moved in from out-of-state and moving again isn't really an option for me. I think we'll be happy living here, but I am extremely disappointed, especially for the price point, and believe I was mislead by false advertising. Also, the internet isn't connected yet (but we are being charged for it), and the pool and all other outdoor amenities won't be built until next year. Anyway.... I don't want anyone else to have the same experience I'm having.
